Dear Sir/Mam I am devender kumar sharma -stay in your hotel. Dated : 18th June to 22nd june' 2025. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to multiple issues: The intercom was not working, making it difficult to reach reception or request services. The television was not functioning, which was highly inconvenient, especially with a small child with us. The Wi-Fi service was down, severely impacting our ability to work and communicate. The reception manager arranged a cab at an unreasonably high price, clearly taking advantage of our situation. We felt helpless, especially traveling with a small child, and had no choice but to accept the arrangement. This experience caused significant discomfort and distress during our stay. Given the poor service and the additional financial burden placed on us, I believe a partial or full refund is justified. I request you to kindly look into this matter and process the refund at the earliest. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation.

Horrible experience provide by MMT

First of all I was not provided the direct contact no. of property by MMT which was really troubling and later the number provided after many phone calls to MMT was for Treebo. kept on calling MMT and Treebo but in vain. to make matter worse treebo telling me your reservation cancelled even after making full payment. and the location was such that you can't reach there without a good drive and driver with cool mind. however the receptionist was good to attend however. but property number should be provided one day prior to journey by MMT. and calls made by customer should be attended immediately the next day after check in if I get number it's waste.

Hotel Location far away from naini lake.approx 3 km , not a walkable distance cab charge approx600 to 800 from hotel to Mall road. Room is very dirty and foul smell from bathroom. behaviour of hotel manager is rude other staff is good.food quality is very bad.i request Management to update the proper location of the property it is very difficult to reach the property. hotel is not worth to cost.

Hotel Location is in very inside and very difficult to reach. Room condition are also not soo good. Food quality also average. We have booked it for 2 days, but we stayed for 1 night only next day morning, we have checkout from the hotel. I personally suggest to Try Hotel on Mall road and spend some more money rather to try cheaper hotel in Nainital.
