The location of the hotel was good, and the staff was genuinely sweet and responsive. However, the cleanliness and breakfast service could use improvement. The breakfast area and crockery were often not very clean, and although breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am, it was usually ready only by 8:30 am. Even then, a few basic items would be missing for instance, the butter was either unavailable or served frozen, making it unusable. The same bowl was reused for the butter throughout the week without washing, which was disappointing. The room itself was clean, but the water pressure in the shower was very low, and the water in the bathroom had dust particles. I even got black water once. On a positive note, as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable since my room was located right next to the reception. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the hotel can definitely improve on cleanliness, maintenance, and timely breakfast service.

The property was overall clean, but the owner and their behaviour is what stuck out to be the worst. Their room service was also very average and had to reminded twice everytime.

it was the worst stay ever, they don't have anything not even a good water bottle. the room is so small and the service is poor. I asked thrice for ice cubes and after that they said they just don't have it. they provide breakfast like we get in some PG. a box of some puri sbji. the menu was overpriced. they still use DTH service, you can't even use wifi, what year are they in 2005.

Decent property for short business trips. WiFi was strong, check-in was quick, and the bed was super comfy :bed:. Only wished they had more dinner options.

Absolutely loved the hospitality here. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a smooth stay. Rooms felt homely and very well maintained.

Loved my stay. Rooms were well kept, breakfast fresh, and the mall nearby was great for food and shopping.

Really impressed with the service, staff available anytime for small needs.
