Service was not good like we have to ask for each and everything like toiletries and they also didn’t provide various things like slippers , air purifier etc which was already mentioned on the list

E.g. -At reception i was told kitchen is open but when i called they denied to take any food order. -I booked super delux room but i was not offered same at hotel stating all rooms are busy. -Room was not properly cleaned. -Washroom was below average with loose bathroom fittings and water leakage in commod. -Water kettle was missing in the room and later it was been provided.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bedsheet was dirty with holes and burn marks.the area near the bed and dustbin was unhygienic with stains and a foul odor throughout the room. Overall, a very unpleasant experience — definitely not worth the price.

Do not book without seeing the room

location - great food- very low standard. better to eat outside. breakfast was served without cutlery. tea instruction was given for sugar -free- all tea served with sugar. amenities - there were hardly any amenities in the washroom except a soap was given. for 3 people stay- only 1 towel was given. services: staff was supportive. however Kitchen service was too lazy.
