Very Basic Hotel. Not at all luxury. Terrible Experience.

Not hot water. They kept it switched off despite repeated requests. Room cleanliness does not justify in any way their "Luxury" inclusion in the name. Food service is improper, wrong food was delivered and took a lot of time for correct ordered menu to be served. Staff response is not at all proactive. Does not provide you GST invoice, saying system glitch and will be sent by email, will be surprised to get it. This is a very basic hotel, misleading people by including "luxury" within the name.
