Family trip to Nanital, however Hotel location ruined the stay.

Went with family and booked through MakeMyTrip, however the location is falsely represented 10 min walk-in distance from Mall road. Smelly washrooms. However, staff was very polite and helped us in every way possible. It was located in a remote location with no view. Evan the cab drivers were fining hard to reach there. Rooms are so small bathrooms are small. Restaurant service is not available. Everything serving in room. Even complementary breakfast they don't have buffet they serve limited breakfast in room. Not according to your choice. Both days same breakfast. Rate-wise not good. We think we have wasted money. Other hotels nearby so good
