The villa is located on a quiet hill top with the Naini lake view like no other. it's away from the hustling crowd of town. Rooms are luxurious with a beautiful balcony view. it would specially like to mention the caretaker Digambar who was very courteous and made sure to feel at home for us, he's also undeniably an outstanding cook👌 overall a fun and cozy for my family.

Nice place for stay near Mall Road.

One Room is good which has balcony. Other room has no ventilation and no inverter connection in attached bathroom also, so its a big problem when light goes. Otherwise all good. Care taker also very helpful.

Sir if there was an inverter issue , ( sorry for that ) , but I guess if you have informed us about the inverter connection we would have sorted it out within a few hours , it was a technical problem it can happen anytime. Anyways thanks we have cleared that issue.

Only house keeping services was terrible otherthab all good and great view of nainital lake and location also great near to raj bhawan
