jaisa photo mai dikhaya hai waisa hotel nhi hai.. or bahaut uppr hai mall road se

wrong location no any parking in hotel and he show the parking in website without checkin booking confirmation we have all travel suggestions not make any booking in this hotel

it was good experience but food was not that good average I find this hote at last time at low rates

This stay was very very 3rd class & room , water facility , staff behaviour , location , are very very poor

The hotel was sub standard. There was too much smell in the rooms. Everything in the room was dirty and smelly. Location put on google maps is wrong the hotel is around 700 meters uphill from the google location. I had booked with breakfast but the hotel initially denied it and I had to argue to get the breakfast. I had paid around for 1 night 2 rooms but trust me rooms weren’t even worth 1.5 K .

Staff was good and cooperative.I had a good experience staying there.Just need to improve the geyser facilities otherwise , i had a good experience

In surya hotel staff is good and view was saw-saw and food of hotel is hygienic and awesome and amenities was wifi and soap

The room was not clean, the bedsheeta were dirty and no towells are being provided in advance. Though the behaviour of the staff was good, but brekafat has only allo paratha and tea. Ecen for kids no other food was free untill you pay exyra for this.

It was a great experience i will come back again all the staff are very supportive so its was good and i recommend this.

They are fraud. They shifted me to another terrible location which was way far from surya hotel. Very dirty room and bathroom.

It was good, staff is very co-operative. Overall experience is very good. Food also very tasty. Pure pahadi taste

Amazing view the rainy season made it one of the best view of my life the balcony space was awesome... it is worth staying here. From staff behaviour to management everything was best ✨
