Hotel Channi Raja at Mall Road

overall it was an excellent and amazing experience. Like it's hospitality. The hotel was very little far from nani lake just opposite it. The staff was very good and welcoming. Food quality was also good.

Great hotel, staff is polite, location is great. Worth all the hype and ratings. Book Super deluxe or executive if possible they are worth the amount. Deluxe rooms are not worth it.

Thought not a 5 or 4 star hotel, it had most of the facilities one wants. Location is the best, near to major city spots. Food is also good and pocket friendly.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel right on the Mall Road - near to all attraction points. The Hotel is offering all facilities under one roof with very nice pure veg restaurant - Giani. I will definitely use this Hotel again

The hotel was good. The location of the hotel is very near to the lake. Don't rely on early check-in and late check-out. Hotel will not provide it. From Lake facing room, you will not be able to see lake as it's covered by trees

This is probably the best hotel in Nainital. excellent cleanliness, excellent food, big room sizes, heater, hot water, refrigerator everything you can think of , was there.

Booked Super delux room for family. Excellent hospitality. Polite and helpful staff, tasty food, beautiful and clean hotel interior and rooms. Kids friendly. On mall road, so market and key places accessible at walking distance. Just beside the Nainital lake. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Not really satisfied, Non availability of water and any complimentary services like water tea breakfast and all . They provided the delux room instead of super deluxe room . No service for room cleaning & sanitation

Excellent interiors, very good ownership and the owner himself , clean n fresh toilets , best hotel in nainital , hotel is at road level so no stairs to climb , there is functional and clean Lift at the property so there is no problem with booking rooms at any floor .
