very bad experience in this hotel

Excellent stay. I was wondering before booking the hotel while reading the reviews from past guests but after staying 2N I can say one of the best hotels in mall road with an affordable price. The best part of this hotel is all the rooms from 4th floor to 6th floor are lake side facing but in other hotels you need to pay extra for lake view rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good and the staff's behaviour is also good. This is my honest review after staying in 3D 2N in this hotel.

my experience is very bad this hotel staff is ok but , no hand wash in washroom, no body soap , no water pressure in tap , totally not good

I had booked three rooms but,All three rooms were given on different floors which caused a lot of trouble.We were not able to communicate with those who were with us.We had to go up to the third floor again and again. There was no provision for a lift.

There is no lift my room was on 6th floor, if you want to check physically that room and want to book after that they charge extra 1k on physical booking so don't expect they like visiting customers and the hot water for shower is only in the morning.

excellent location, helping staff members rooms were very clean, food was tasty &on reasonable price. they listened about every little problem and tried to solve.

I booked this Deluxe room @ ₹8912 for two nights. Pros- 1.Food was good (@extra charge). 2.Staff behavior was nice and very helpful. 3. Staff Service was good. 4.Lake view. 5.Hot water was available in taps in the morning. 6.Very close to mall road. Cons- 1.Room was entirely different that was shown in the picture. 2.No door mat and no floor mat along with bed. 3.No Slippers/chappals were put near the toilet. 4. Commode was old style. 5. 1 pillow was so hard that I got neck pain. 6. No electric kettle to get hot water for drinking. 7.No Shampoo, no body was and no face wash even not a small peace of soap. 8. No towel in room/toilet.(at the time of checkout they told me that I should demand the towel.) 9. Power cut for so many times. 10. No exhaust fan in the toilet hence no ventilation in the room. 11. Sound from galary what people are talking can be easily heard which was very annoying, no soundproof room. My overall experience due to bad room was spoiled. I personally do not suggest anyone to book this room. room does not justify its price. Book offline in other hotels by looking the room properly first.

Room no 502 - Triple bed Hotel has a great location and the room was comfortable, which made our stay pleasant overall. However, the bathroom maintenance could be better, and we faced issues with hot water being available only during limited hours. Also, the cleanliness of the utensils was not up to the mark. With a bit more attention to these details, the experience could have been much better

Only hotel location is good. Else everything is floating as it is. water tape not working - informed on day one, till over check out no repairing. Bad smell in room, after communication they spray room fresher. Room is dirty. Corners are full of dirt. One wall fan without power socket- open wire, danger of shock during on/off. Staff is Good. Hotel needed restoration.

Palace hotel is primarily located at mall road(heart of city)staff behaviour was very good,they listen to our needs and tried to fulfill them as soon as possible,food was good, hotel cleaning was also satisfactory, overall my experience with palace hotel was excellent

The property was badly maintained. No provision for hot water. Geyser doesn't work. Cleaning was not done properly. Also, The stay was not comfortable overall. Won't recommend to anyone.

The hotel location is good. But the service is not as good as I) not attend requests for TV to work ii) Not a single fan in working condition. But one thing is that it is on the main road with a good lake view.

Got this hotel for 2200 view is good but room is not up to the mark. It was on 6th floor, they have old box tv, old beds, mattress is also not good, blankets are dirty. In short price and room don’t match

Hotel has no hot water 24x7 days, TV is not working, staff said no mechanic is available for TV repair, Bathroom has poor drainage facility, Even if I was ready to pay for room heater, they did not provided room heater to me. My health was not good. The owner of this hotel is rude to reply. Overall experience with this hotel is very bad.

The property is situated in a good location as it is near the mall road. But if we talk about their services, the overall quality of service feels outdated. They need to upgrade or improve facilities.

room was big and spacious with great view, food was ok ok, there is no elevator getting into room is a struggle

Towel is very dirty, room was also not good, there is no fan, cost is too high, gap in the door, totally disappointed, next time i do not use this application, i will search hotels in another app
