Road leading to the property is very steep. Only one road for both up & down. Its risky to reach. Also the parking inside the property is on a steep decline which can be difficult for new drivers. Hospitality is amazing tho. It's a heritage property so you get that nice old vibe. The road leading to the property is too steep. There's only 1 way up & down. Also the parking in the The Palace Belvedere (walkable distance from Mall Road) is on a steep descent which is difficult for new drivers. Room cleanliness was good. And also amazing food.

Awesome location, very near walkable distance to the nainital mall road. Property is very well maintained, and we got a great view of the lake from toom itself, woukd suggest to book their executive suite for best experience. Staffs are very courteous and food is awesome as well.
