This is very good hotel to stay near mall road. This is very good for friends these rooms are very neat and cleaned and well maintained.❤️❤️

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. In a place like Nainital (a popular hill station), I expected much better, but this was one of the poorest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would never recommend it to anyone. For the price we paid, there are definitely better hotels available. The mattress, curtains, towels, and bedsheets were all in very poor condition. The washroom had no basic facilities—no branded toiletries like toothbrushes or soaps. The hotel’s location was terrible, and the staff was quite arrogant. For the price, we received absolutely nothing of value. I must even warn others: make sure to lock your doors properly at night, as the hotel is located in an area where many stray dogs try to get inside. It felt very unsafe and unhygienic. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

No one is in your hotel in the hotel, the licenses in the hotel in the Mac Mai is not appropriate, we were looking at the hotel and empty in 1 hour by entry.

very bad experience, small rooms , no power backups, spiders were coming out from the woodens walls, no room cleaning in 3 days , dirty bedsheet and pillow covers , most terrible thing is location , Dont go for it

They do not provide even basic needs as they do not have handwash or shoap in their washroom. Rooms are not clean . It's better you can find better hotel in that price range. I won't recoment .

worst location and smell from bathroom. area is not good all towels and bedsheets also not clean. I also not recommended.
