Terrible - bad - smell - no geser - dirty towels and quilts - dont go there

it was a terrible experience . don't stay there with dirty towel smell everywhere . smell in quilts . we have to purchase be bedsheets of our own and than speed on the bed and as linear with quilt to sleep somehow. no geser . no hot water before 7.30 am . the person at counter was really very uncooperative . my suggestion - don't choose this hotel to ruin your trip

The location of the India Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Mall Road and walking distance to nearby restaurants and boating places. The food and services were excellent Staff was polite and courteous The room has a view of lake and spacious balcony in front of the room. One thing to upgrade the interior of the Room and beddings were not comfortable to sleep. Overall nice experience and will recommend the hotel to others due to its location advantage and spacious rooms

The rates given by make my trip was 30 percent higher than the hotel tariff card and even they were further offering discounts. In two day trip U paid Rs 7000/- more to make my trip. No body wash was available in the room. Towels were dirty had to replace. Rooms were of old construction. No heating arrangements even it was 12 degree temperature at Nainital on that day. Over all I felt cheated to get it booked through make my trip

The people serving the hotel are not professional. Very poor room service and above all the landline extension is dead in the night put it operational at 7 in morning. So in case of emergency you need to run to reception and there too no one will attend you immediately.

familyProperty location is great. It is just in front of naini lake. But rooms are not good. Bed mattresses, blankets are old and outdated. Almirah is not usable. Hot water is not available all time. It comes only for certain time. Owner / top managers are good but other staff's behaviour is rude. This property needs overall renovation. At present it is overvalued.

Worst hotel to stay not even worth a 1000 as for staff and amenity

familyWorst experience of hotel, no fan in room, no room service between 12:00 noon till 04:00 evening, no parking at property neither they provide vale parking person, rude behaviour for assistance no body from hotel help to assist car park and i have to stay in car more than 1 hour to find parking which is 1 around 700 meter away from hotal and has to bear mall l road traffic.
