Himtrek Nainital

It was a great experience. Staff are much co-operative and respectful. Rooms are luxurious and clean. It is very near to mallitaal ( main area of nanitaal ).

I had booked window facing room and when we reached hotel we got very small dirty room. There was smell if cigarette coming continuously from another room. Bedsheets were too dirty. They didnt change it even after several reminders. There was more space to even stabdvin the room

We as couple stayed at hotel him-trek for 2 days and stay was very comfortable. Hotel manager gopal ji was very humble and allowed us early stay. Service and food quality was great. Very near to naini lake. Recommended to stay in hotel. Hotels charges in pick season was high. Anyways everything is fine.

Facilities like room heater, electric kettle need to be improved. Location is good. People are cordial but roms are small.

Hotel is on tha mall road just opposite naini lake. 500 mt. From naina devi temple. Staff is very nice. Food is delicious in reasonable prise. I love to stay here again.

Rooms were clearly very small for a family. Although we were a couple and a small kid still we felt room too small.

Except that the hotel is walkable from mall rod nothing positive. View is poor as it is located backside of some other hotels. Cleanliness was ok but design and facilities in room and wash room were very poor, repeatedly asking for food was very irritating. Behavior of staff was not ok.

There is 1 side hot water. In bathroom u can not used hot water after 11am bed ws redeculous. Jst like a sofa. Need to improve furniture and sanitry.

I booked hotel just one day before x mas so i got last available room which was very small in the size and there was no mobile network in the room. Though wifi was available. Bathrooms are big and clean. Lication is good. You are just 50 steps away from the lake but if you are looking for lake view this hotel is not for you. Service and staff behaviour i would rate 5. Very helpful and quick. Sometimes you might feel that your privacy is invaded but they are good. Good was just ok.

We were stayed at Lake view Hotel Himtrek at Nainital. It was a pleasant stay with family. The Hotel rooms were neat and spacious. It was memorable stay with my family.

Fair location but too much overpriced. Poor maintenance.

We booked two rooms for six people. As we reached hotel we were asked to wait, after 15 minutes we got a room on first floor then after another fifteen minutes they allotted another room on ground floor. We asked to give on same floor they said you will get the one which is allotted They were not entertaining on line booking happily. Staff especially waiters are very rude and they misbehaved. Overall hotel location and food are okay but some waiters need to be thrown out as they are killing the goodwill.
