Nainital Willows - Lake View Rooms

The property was not at the mall road, it was way up the road, and travelling was very difficult

worst stay ever, worst room service, it's far away from Nani lake

excellent view from the balcony, highly recommended stay for a lazy and cozy weekend trip to nainital.

staff of nanital willows was very rude to us they behave like that we stay here for free

The hotel was in a very good location, the view from the balcony was very good, we enjoyed the view a lot at night. Everything was good, only if the blanket was a little clean it would have been better.

washroom not maintained, Door handle broken, on pre defined request also allotted room was not as per our preference - Not suitable for family

Breakfast doesn't have more than puri & subji. Toilets are horrible. Not much Staff avilable in the hotel to attend the guest. There is not even a Hot water cattle in the room.

location is good, the view of the lake from the balcony of the room is somemthg to die for. don't have lot of food options. lunch is not available. in the limited options the food is like home cooked and tasty as well.

they were charging pick up and drop very highly, And it was very far from Mall road

The property has a great lake view and helpful staff but misleading listings, limited food options, and inadequate amenities make it poor value for money despite good service

Very poorly maintained property,stained bedsheets,old worn out pillows, towels...hygiene is the worst one can expect..and price they charge is towering high!torn blanket covers,bathroom stinks like hell,chairs and beds are not stable.please do not even think of booking this property ....

location is far from lake and rooms are not clean. Insects in washroom .

The place is terrible and disgusting. Every room was stinky and bathroom was filled with insects, bedsheets were used, dirty and stinky. My child got skin infection. on asking multiple times they ignored and started arguing. suddenly in the roof started leaking for which they started justifying. whole place stank of poop. very poor hygiene maintains. It's super far from town, all photos are photoshopped. it's terrible. I recommended to avoid this place at any cost

Room no 7 is very poor
