ELFIN | Lake Facing Premium Stay Mall Road

The hotel was awesome and had a homely vibe. The food was delicious, and all the staff members - Abhay, Sanjay, Gaurav and Manoj-were very well behaved and helpful. We were travelling with our baby, and they were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Nainital!

It was a great Experience At Elfin.. very supporting staff I will mention the name here Mr Abhay and Mr Manoj .. they will care everything.. your trip at Nainital is Incomplete without stay at this place.. Food , view, Comfort and room cleaners everything is Superb.

Good stay for family & sataff service & behaiver too good

I had a wonderful experience staying here with my wife and daughters. We created many beautiful memories during our visit. The room was very well maintained, and every detail was managed in a perfectly organized manner, which was truly impressive. The housekeeping team and hotel staff — especially Abhay, Sanjay, Gaurav, and Manoj — were extremely cooperative and helpful. Their polite behaviour and supportive nature made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Very small room , i do not recommend this hotel for family, no space to walk or even stand properly. If you are solo treveller then only you can go there , please don’t opt this for family, not a single view of outside, no window no ventilation nothing.

Staff was very good ,rooms were clean and tidy. Food was also good. Only negative thing was the stairs to reach the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the rooms were small and the menu was also not so great. Food was okay. The amount of stairs to climb to reach the hotel is bit too much. I think it’s a good hotel but in my opinion it’s way too overpriced. In the similar amount we would have stayed at a 4- 5 star hotel.

Room is comfy & luxurious. Clean & equipped with all the essentials. Good lighting & interior. Staff here is jolly, well-behaved & friendly. Food was fresh & tasty, but compromised portion. Recommended 💯

Its a new and well maintained property of only 4 rooms the service and even the food quality is great....staying at this hotel will be totally no regret but just don’t expect the lake view it has only 1 room with the view with higher price.

I booked a platinum room. The room is quite fancy and clean. However, the room is not that spacious. The property is also not that big. No smoking property. The property doesn’t have its own parking and the parking is quite far. They do offer pick and drop till parking. But the parking fee itself is 500rs. the staff is quite professional, polite and helpful. So no complaints there. Recommended to a family or couple. It was a comfortable stay but due to its rules I guess it’s not for us.

My stay at elfin was wonderful , it is situated at main mall road with best staff and service , room was clean , they provide inhouse food which was best . Loved it❤️
