The Imperial Green (180 lake view)

The stay was acceptable, the room was in the basement, the bedsheet was dirty and stained. But the staff was really helpful.

Overall Experience: Our stay at The Imperial Green is comfortable and enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Positives: The hotel's location is perfect for the lake view and seeing temples.

Location was very average, it is near to mall road not on mall road, you will get view of Naini Lake, that to very average. Food is not at all good they don't have much option for breakfast and you have to walk to different property for breakfast. And honestly the property where we had breakfast was not at all hygienic. Talking about service it's terrible, they were knocking the door at 10 at Night for extra blanket and bed. In one word , the amount I paid for the hotel and the service I get was not at upto the mark, and the room is not worth of the price I paid.

The overall experience was average, only one thing that stood out was the locality, food is below average and I won't recommend it. The price what they charge and what they offer can be made better.

worst experience: Family pls avoid to go, it's all paid promotions and youtube people showing the hotel and no body shown how to reach on top of it, it's a steep top and you have to go by stairs and food was like shit..I wasted my money for staying..pls don't go on pics and actually not staying for family

The room was good and well furnished. The hotel is very close to Mall Road and with a clear view of the Nainital Lake.

There is nothing good to write about this property.No sunlight in the room,no view.there were two big water tanks next to the room,You get noise of water filling in these tanks while you are in deep sleep early morning.Poor room services.

Rooms were clean. Door handles and locks were not working properly. Room service needs improvement. Photo shared in MMT and the room that was provided does not match.

Room was not worth Rs 9000/ ++ which was charged to us.

pathetic hotel ... completely opp as shown in d picture. hotel staff n ambience is below 1 star.. we just check in n checked out in 10 min. bathroom smells a lot , rooms size are so small n ground floor rooms are disaster.. plz I do not recommended it to any one.
