very rude staff, non co-operative. parking is not available. ambience is also not much good at all. unhygienic.

The location was good and close proximity to mall road and lake but room was quite small and no kettle provided

This hotel is pocket friendly. If you want a budget trip then this is one of the best options. I am giving the feedback in points - -Toilets are clean. -Rooms are average clean. -Room service is very good. -There is no kitchen here so you need to have food outside of the hotel. -You can have tea, coffee, hot drinking water in the room. -Staff is very friendly. -check in was easy.

The experience was good. Found the property location by g map, food nearby shops. Tea was available with the hotel.

It’s good for only sleep and fresh point of view. Not a good for any special ocassion

Room was average and drinking water was dirty. No soap in bathroom, health issue could be raised. no mineral water for welcome entry.

Visited nainital on 30 april 2022. Location wise it's gud but no parking facilities. For food shiva restaurant is at a walkable distance of 50m
