Villa Bliss Lake View- Near Mall Road

Good view, mid service, good food

We had a wonderful stay at the property..earlier I had read a negative review so was sceptical to book but to our surprise everything was extremely well kept and maintained. The caretaker was extremely helpful and cooked amazing food for us. The rooms were huge and clean and had a great view of the Naini lake. The bathrooms were also big and clean, we were also offered with basic good quality bathroom amenities. All and all we had a fabulous experience and will be back soon again. Thank you Jai and his hospitable team.

The property was older and not well maintained as compared to the picture.. The room were quite smelly on checkin and the caretaker just sprayed to air freshner which woreoff after some time. 1. The hinge of the cupboard was broken and we were unable to lock. There was seepage below the cupboard. Further ,there was a few other seepages in the property 2. The drawer in the cupboard was broken, and we were not able to use it at all. 3. The toilet seats were not cleaned before checkin. 4. The location is on a very steep road. We have to travel from the Mall Road nearly 2 km on this steep road to reach the homestay. 5. The quilt/bedsheets provided had lumps of material inside and was very uncomfortable. The caretaker, was there only to register us when we reached the homestay on 26-Sep-24, around 5.30pm. She helped us arrange a local cab to go to Mall Road as our cab driver denied to climb up and down the hill once again. Regarding food, we didn’t take the options provided at the homestay as the caretaker mentioned she will come at 9.00 am only the next morning and start cooking. It was very late for us. After that meeting with the caretaker, we were not able to see the caretaker or even contact her(didn’t pick our calls). Even when we left the homestay she was not there to send us off. When we left, she told us to leave the homestay open over phone call and sent a security guard to carry our bags. The bathrooms also smelt bad and were not cleaned very thoroughly.

Property is well maintained with a lake view room away from the chaos of mall road. Manju aunty and Geeta Aunty - they both are very caring. Mall road is just 10 min walking from the property.

I stayed here with family, had an amazing, comfortable stay. Vibe here is very cozy. Owner (mr. Jai taneja) and staff manju aunty and pramod bhai has been very supporting from the very beginning. Must visit with friends and family.

The stay was beautiful and well maintained. A very peaceful property, and a very kind n caring caretaker. She helped us with everything and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. She also prepared great food for dinner for us. Overall, a very peaceful stay.

A very pleasant stay, the property pictures that you see is what you get which generally isn’t the case otherwise. A shout out to manju kaur who was extremely hospitable! would definitely recommend this for family & friends.

Rooms are good but there was very much problem of water, flush was not working properly any time the water supplies shutdown. View was good but the walls are not sound proof. Care taker was helpful.

Excellent location. You can get view of lake from your room. Rooms are spacious. Host and care taker were very helpful.
