They don’t have parking area also they don’t clean there rooms properly and bathrooms fitting is not working properly and last thay have use queen size bed in every room

Horrible experience. Mm t hasn’t refunded the money yet, let alone saying sorry for a failed service. We booked 3 rooms for one night at this hotel for 9 of our family members. When we were about to reach nainital, we got a call from the hotel saying that mm t has done a mistake and they don’t have the booked rooms available. We were shocked- where to go, what to do. We talked to the hotel and also the mmt, with no solution provided. We were left on our own. Mm t spoiled our trip - and we lost over 50k in travels and premium paid due to desperate booking. Please escalate the issue to mmt’s senior management.

Booked for 3 night 2 adult 2 kids with breakfast included one room at. When I reached no name plate of hotel was there, I thought I came to wrong place. But they assure that this is correct place. Phone no given voucher not working as usual. Room was not value for per night. Food was good. Better to book for one day and check yourself if want to stay for more then one day not rely. Interesting hotel people not dare to give money receipt. Can u refund money. Room and toilet was so poor they chenged to other room with poor ventilation

Space is short for other two rooms. Hotel is some steep up stair at top. Bed sheets wear not cleaned. Rent is high as per position of the hotel. Behaviour is ok.

Staff was very helpful & supportive.

The bathroom flush was not working. Hot water was not coming. No one was there to help us out on time. It was not a hotel just a home converted for a stay. I am going to delete the make my trip app for booking.

Hotel room was very small. And no arrangement for food. Hotel was in decent height. Make my trip is charging rs 4233 for hotel. Value of accommodation was not more then rs 2000.

We travel-led during the peak season(june. This is an average stay hotel(expensive during the peak season) with basic facilities only. There was a water problem for about 10hours during our stay due to which everyone in the hotel complained about. The receptionist is as dull as it could get and have hardly any information. The only reason to pre-book this hotel was due to peak season and most of the good hotels were not available during that this.

1. When we checked in - we got to know that water supply stopped since last night & we also waited for 3hrs to get this issue resolved 2. Breakfast they charged 40rs per puri - this was again a terrible thing 3. We called mm t for support but the customer care was only putting our call on hold again and again. “pls do not book from mm t otherwise you will also face this horrible welcome”. No brush no toothpaste no proper soap or shampoo, no tissue paper in the bathroom. No sleeper no electric kettle & no sugar or milk powder was there which are very basic things. No iron for clothes they had given. Mm t i want my money back. For what you have charged 6500 rs? i will never recommend someone to use mm t for there future plans. It was just a waste of money. I want justice. Asap

Bed size was an issue for me as all the beds were queen size. Room was clean and hygiene was maintained, staff was good.

Royce villa is not a hotel. It's a home stay. Mmt showcased it as hotel and charged very very heavily. Neither that property is recommended to stay nor i would recommend mmt to book hotel in any hill station in india.

Very high price of the meals. We felt like cheated by the price of meals and foods offered by the hotel. 1 cup of tea costs 90 rupees and a small roti costs 14 ruppes which is quiet pathetic we didn't see the menu before ordering. We thought it will be like other hotels but we had the worse experience of food there during the entire trip. Never recommend any one to order food from there food was delicious like our home. Overall our stay was very good but price of the food there. My god.

Totally 0 ratings for this hotel I recommend everybody please do not book this hotel because the location is wrong it takes 2 hours to search this hotel and even the phone number on the mm t app is wrong no one is picking the phone the food options are not there if you paying for this hotel i recommend you guys better book 5 star because their service is totally pathetic no boards installed so that you find the hotel, small rooms rather than what we see in photos so my friends are very sad.
