very bad experience. no room service, no fan , room is also very small no towel in room,no food.

Location was good, exactly in front of lake and on Mall Road. Room was of decent size for 3 person. Food wasn't that great(tried Paratha). Cleanliness was not bad. Overall a decent place but a bit overpriced.

We had a delightful stay the hotel is is a little old as it's from there since a long time but the staff and the food is really good. We felt really welcomed there the staff was very sweet and very helpful throughout the trip they also booked us a cab for travelling. Definitely stay there we'll be going there again and the hotel is on the mall road itself so it's really convenient for shopping and sight seeing of the lake. Definitely a yes. We loved our stay there.

Location was great, food was very normal , room size and amenities was very poor and conjusted as per money.... also it is hard to reach their 3rd floor

Very bad experience. Faced a lot of problems as in bathroom water is leaking from top. Can't even go to bathroom for a second.

Overall good experience on stay, room condition good, great location in front on naini jheel, food good on demand, only one negative point is that room are on the third floor so stairs may problem for some people but naini jheel view is very good from up

The hotel is about 101 stairs height from the entrance. For senior citizens or even young people it is very tiresome to go to room again and again after enjoying walk on the mall

The stay was comfortable but the room at height was an issue ssue otherwise food and service was excellent

The hotel is on top of 3rd floor. It is difficult to climb such height. Moreover the hotel is not clean, rooms are not comfortable. I suggest not to book this hotel for tourists. However, this may be alright for them who seek less costly accommodation.

Overall good big room with all basic facilities as per price, but very cold from inside so we took heater. Pleasant outside view from room and balcony.

I enjoy lot, view is so beautiful you can stay longer time, serviser to tood, staff member is very supportive.

Hotel location and situation is not good as its price of booking. Itne paisa me isse badhiya hotel mil sakta h. Its costly because of booking chakkar.

Pols remove the name from make my trip. Experience is really bad. Don't know why they charges. Next time i will think about make my trip before booking.
