Hotel Classic The Mall

Okay, so i will start with the positives and that is the location that is perfect and comes with a proper mall road and lake view. However, the price that the room comes at doesn't justify the amenities that the hotel offers. The room size is big but very poor lighting, unclean sheets, leaking and old bathroom taps and there is no fridge in the room. And at the checkout the almost all the waiters and other staff surround you brazenly expecting a tip. Feels off

Staff is good and lake facing rooms are excellent. One should explore while booking hotels in Nainital.

The location is amazing. My room number 304 has spacious balcony with an amazing lake view. The staff was humble. The taste of the food was amazing ans also the price👻.

Location was excellent but the bathrooms were stinking! There is something wrong with the drainage system. The food tasted average.

The location of the hotel was out of the world as it was so close to the lake that one can see the picturesque view of the naini lake right from the room, day in and day out! also it was right on the main street. Th mall the food and services were quite decent

New year celebration was the idea to come and stay once again. It is a centrally located property with 3 star kind of facilities. Washroom are small and fittings are old but working. Service is great

Old property need improvement. Get disturbed due to noise coming from street vehicular moments. Parking is very tricky. Except being on mall road nothing deserves such tarrif.

I visited nainital this time for a break from my busy schedule. I choose hotel classic the mall. A suite with 500 sft space etc etc but it was not at all a suite. It was a rectangular shape room if average 250 sft space, obviously with lake facing but it was not what i choose. Disappointed grossly. Poor choice of breakfast menu. Owner must improve it

Excellent food, excellent location, excellent service, pathetic bathroom, quite spacious room. Not worth They have parking for 7 cars and they have drivers to help in parking.

This experience of the hotel classic was not good. We were allotted a room on the back side, when we requested for lake facing room, we were told that mm t has already mentioned on the allotment advice that it was not lake facing room. This was very surprising because this option was never mentioned by mm t during room reservation. The room itself was in poor condion. It had bad smell. When we opened the wudows, our room was filled with awful cooking smell from the galley below. Room was not provided with basic necessities, dirty & used pillows and quilt, no kettle, no tea or sugar, one towel for two of us, one water bottle for two of us, no spare blanket, defective tv. We had to pour water with buckets to wash down the wc after use. Service was not good, the attendent was reluctant to provide extra water bottle. Food was just normal. It was terrible experience for the price charged.

Good booking but expensive, please give some incentive to your regular customer like me. Also include meals in your package. Your staff is good and very helpful god bless them all

Other than the location which is in the centre of Mall Road this hotel is no other then the normal budget hotel whole hotel needs renovation, I think there is nothing spent since last 6 years since I visited last in this hotel specially washroom of which sanitary fittings are of old fashioned houses,
