1 - They had not provide water for Toilet & Bath, When we complain their executive misbhave to us.We have to bath in other person room. So, i will not recommended this type of property to any one next time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THIS PROPERTY👎

Stay was totally worth it, just 50m from Mall Road, Staff was very polite and helpful. In food tried only few things but all of them were really good.

The room was okay, but the washroom was very small and congested. The doors of the room and the washroom didn’t close properly. If you plan to stay here, make sure to check the room first before booking. They show bigger rooms online, but after reaching there, they give smaller ones.

everything is good.... except their policy " we don't provide the cutlery until u order something from our kitchen" ....they only provide uh the cutlery only if u order something from their kitchen....if u ask for it ...they deny on face ....other than this .... everything is perfect....room is spacious geaser,light everything is working , cleanliness is next to good....

We would like to clarify that ours is a budget-friendly guest house located at a prime spot on Mall Road, just steps from Nainital Lake, and as clearly mentioned in our listing, parking is not available due to the central location. Your booking was made last minute (9:30pm) on one of the busiest long weekends of the year, and still, we provided two rooms at a very minimal total price of ₹3700, about(1800/- per room including taxes) which is exceptional value for the date and location. While occasional network, hot water, or power fluctuations can happen in hill stations, we always strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay at the most prime location and at an unbeatable price.

The room sizes are accurately mentioned in the room description. However, if you did not find the room to your liking, you could have requested for an upgrade and the Hotel Staff would have been happy and more than willing to accommodate your request. Also, it is clearly mentioned in the property description of our listing that there is about a 50 steps climb to reach our property. We constantly endeavour to the best of our abilities to ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience.

the property was nice. it is close to Mall road and nainital lake. the room is spacious enough for 2 people. sometimes there was a delay in water supply but other than that had a pleasant stay. the owner and the staff are polite.
