The Gwen Stays | Near Nainital Lake

I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. When I checked in, the room was not clean at all. Even after multiple requests, it took a long time for them to clean it properly. To make things worse, I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay here again.

Nothing was provided in out stay blanket and bedsheet were really dirty felt like we are sleeping in used bed-sheet and light was going off and on whole night

Location is good. Services provided are excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. Mr. Gagandeep provided every kind of assistance regarding travel to locations. Many a times i came across here with mr. Sanjay who is very helpful and gives assistance in every kind.

Location is Very Good at mall road Amneties and rooms are in Bad condition not as shown in pictures, Room View is not as shown Service and staffs are Good n Helpful

The rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and hygienic tv and water heater were working and in good condition. Ventilation was average.

Awesome experience with great view with fabulous staff

Property’s location was good , in the main city , food was homely , and the staff was also friendly and helpful , the downside of the property is that we got the room on the floor , where if you open the gate or window you see people walk by just past your room so you couldn’t open the window to see the lake as we booked the lake facing room , so there was no point of it , and the room was small , bathroom was smelling bad , even after putting room freshner and odonil .

The stay is Good with polite staff and great hospitality. Neat and clean rooms with all the eminities.

I found this place on make my trip. facilities are excellent and most i liked is the behaviour of hotel owner. He is so helpful and guide us also for other places. Staff is honest and very helpful. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Rooms are cleand and well maintained and charges are affordable to everyone.
