Not worth the money

Very disappointing stay. The room was poorly maintained — dusty linens, unclean corners, and visible lint under the bed and side tables. For a mountain hotel, even basic facilities like a heater weren’t provided; it was available at an extra cost, but the staff warned us not to use it as it wasn’t safe. Definitely not worth the money.

dear sir , we only went to MMT rated hotels only so we book this stay , but I got ill when arrived but when I ask for early check in then they did not allow us and gave us the room at 11:30 pm , and there was low water pressure at taps, no hair dryer and dental kit was there , and when we asked for hair dryer they said they don't have but it was mentioned in the booking site. and hotel was at very height we have to treck at very high altitude to reach there but no staff came for luggage pickup. we were really dissatisfied with the service. now we don't know why MMT has rated this hotel very high. and I also complaint them for water pressure then they said nothing can't be done for this. we don't even bath properly.

Location: Not Good as it's located on a steep slope. Be careful if you are taking a scooty near the property. Food: The food is decent. But be ready to Wait. They take a lot of time to serve you food. Cleanliness: Not good. While checking in the bathroom near was horrible. No cleanliness at all. I pointed the same to the Receptionist there. Services: Not good. If you are expecting an early checkin, forget it. They allowed early check-in only 5 mins earlier even after the Property owner intervened.

The staff is not well trained and don’t know how to talk to guest, during my stay we had to checkout around 6AM and there was no water for shower or for that matter to wash your tashrif, also called the reception and also called other guys, but they replied no one will wake this up early so deal with the water problem yourself, now if you book this property, be prepared to have same experience.

मैने ऑनलाइन बुक किया तो स्टाफ ने कॉपरेट नहीं किया मेरे स्टे में। वो हर चीज में एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज करने लगे। प्रोमिश्ड फैसिलिटी भी नहीं प्रोवाइड की। होटल स्टाफ ने क्लीनिंग के लिए एक्स्ट्रा कैश चार्ज कर दिया। खाना - एवरेज था, लेकिन पीजी फैसिलिटी की तरह टाइम बाउंडेशन थी । 10pm onwards होटल कुछ भी खाने को ना प्रोवाइड करता है, ना कही से अरेंज। होटल लोकेशन ऐसी है कि आप कही जाने का नहीं सोच सकते, क्योंकि लोकेशन गली के अंदर खड़ी चढ़ाई में है। होटल से आना जाना कही भी convinient नहीं है। ओवरऑल stressed stay था। होटल से सिर्फ व्यू अच्छा था शहर का इसलिए (2)poor rate kar rha.. otherwise experience terrible tha. Hotel staff ने बोनफायर के लिए भी मना कर दिया। Overpriced property. Facility, staff, and location is terrible. I regret the stay there.

The hotel is at a lot of height from Mall Road , I travelled with family so it got difficult for my parents to climb up and down as the car only goes till one point. The interiors didn’t had ample lightings of the room

The location is beautiful but the road connectivity is pathetic. To reach the location you have to be physically fit. Very steep road.. only way to get there is your own foot.. Rest all is average, rooms are not so clean.. average washroom
