Hotel Lake and Woods

Rooms were not as spacious as shown in photos,there was no parking space dedicated for hotel,no wi fi .service was very poor...no towels ,no light at night, fan was not working, no dining area.

Tables n ol were dirty, washroom is also not so tidy, bedsheet blanket n ol not clean, food is fine, service on time. Little upper side of the road, not as expected,

I stayed here for 2 nights. My experience was not good ! cons : 1. Not even one power sockets was working. 2. Stained bed sheets 3. Food was not at all good 4. Heater was not provided as it was peak winters 5. Staff was rude 6. Room was not clean, stains everywhere. 7. For such a price it wasn’t worth it 8. Very steep slope to reach the hotel 9. Looks big in pictures otherwise a small room. Pros lake view please check before you book !

People have the audacity to charge us 100 rupees for bringing cold drink because it wasn't available in hotel although it was there in the menu, no towel no shampoo was provided by the hotel when asked they refused to give by saying that its not avaliable nor can they bring it, worst food i have ever eaten overall experience was the worst experience i've ever had in a hotel.

One of the worst hotel with unprofessional staff totally hopeless poor management plz don’t waste your money on this hotel

Rooms are pathetic. Washroom door lock not working even rooms bed are very bad in quality, no toiletries provided, even basic facility is missing. Never ever book this again

Positives 1. Nearby to mall road. Had to make a 300 mtr climb to reach. But hotel arranged for luggage pickup/drop from tallital taxi stand. 2. Food was great and service was quick. 3. They arranged to accommodate for extra guest on paying some extra amount. Negatives 1. Had to change allotted room due to fungus infestation. But they could only arrange for a smaller room with no windows. 2. The newly allotted room was not fit for accommodation, it should definitely go for renovation(room 203. Lamp fixtures are turned out with electric wires hanging out. Apart from 1, all other electric sockets/charging points are broken. Geaser is very unreliable, light indicators will be on but will not heat water everytime. 3. Most disappointing part was the bed and mattress. It was good for nothing, it's so old and used up, you could feel the bottom wood when sitting on the mattress. 4. Room had dust all over, was not cleaned properly before allotment.

The hotel's rates were outrageous, and the staff gave horrible service. It was clogged in the loo. Tap pressure was quite low. Even though I woke up with neck ache from the pillow, the beds were not cosy.

during check in, hotel staff not received our call for more than 30 minuts, thats why we face problem to locate hotel. we stood at the wrong location for more than half an hour, but they did not picked our calls. finaly we search anyhow by ourself and found that google map tells wrong path. hotel staff should picked up our phone calls.. the bathroom door was not closing from outside. the door remained open the whole time.. night lamps near bed, were there in one room, but not in another room. in bathroom, one whole was there in roof which was not closed from inside.. food and service were good

I don't why bedsheet and blanket smell bad

During the stay found bad rooms, unhygienic washroom, stains ion bed sheet, no ventilation, tv not working, poor housekeeping

Food was not good. Otherwise is ok.

Quality of room is poor no water bottle is provided as complimentary locks are not working properly.

Hotel is situated at hight so you need to walk on very steep path. Food is very good, service is also good.

I book lake wood from softyatra.com they take care all our need , staff are good overall awesom experience

Maintenance is not up to date - our bathroom door was not locking, and no proper dining room. Other room amenities like mattress and sofa bed are comfortable. Location is the main drawback as there is a steep climb and not advisable for elderly people not used to it. Hotel staff was courteous, though.
