Hotel Hill View(walkable distance from Mall Road)

- Bed sheets pillows were stained. Not washed properly. - Electricity problem - Water problem - Location was good

Must visit who wants peace in their hustle bustle life. property is covered with village which gives it a different peaceful vibe. nature of property's owner is also friendly.

Room is quite small .Walkable distance from mall road. Bathroom is also not too clean. T. V. was not functioning at all.Bad smell was coming from the bath room. Anyway I will give 45 mark out of 100 to this hotel.

No hospitality,no manners, stinking small rooms,pathetic service, hilarious food.very bad property,no maintenance,no water in bathroom, frequent power failures.MMT must remove this property to avoid spoiling it's image

Excellent hotel, Excellent service. I experienced a good time at the hotel which was near the walkable distance from the mall road.

Provided room without any view, facing wall.paid extra to change the room. Packaged water not provided.

For the first few hours there wasnt electricity, so had to rely on the backup lights they had. Then the geysers were only on during the day time and they have no parking. It wasnt worth the price they were charging.

Hotel is fantastic, nice ambience, rooms are very good, mr. Rohit (room attendant) is very helpful, breakfast was excellent, my family enjoyed a lot, and special thanks to the manager, so happy who makes my stay comfortable and memorable. I am very thankful to mr. Lalit for the wonderful experience. I will visit soon. The experience was excellent. Worth to visit.

Hotel was good but the location was situated at high from mall road but the room location was good, as u have to walk high to reach hotel

No water, staff not entertain properly, no chance to connect with make my trip team in emergency situation. I did complete payment, the hotel was reluctant to return the payment. As well not able to provide the room which i booked. There should be some point of person from make my trip to facilitate the emergency situation.

This property is a 1 star hills holiday home. But the staff things it's like burj al arab hotel. If you ask anything answer will be no. We book for two days but leaves but one day, money lost, health lost. Bad smells and too cold property, looks like dharmashala. It should be price 1200 per night

hotel staff is very rude. No pick up and drop service provided. Even welcome drink on arrival is also not given. On complaint they are giving reason that you haven't ask at proper time. we are busy in booking, so unable to remember.

I had a wonderful experience, great view of nainital lake from the hotel , nice rooms,good food & very helpful staff. They also offered pick up from mall road which was very helpful. Recommended every one to visit this hotel. value for money.

Veer bad experiance. No parking facility

Pathetic and rotten eggs like smell. Do not ever book this hotel. Small smelly room. Blankets and bedsheet was dirty with sperm on it. No parking facilities.

We paid 12 k + for two days including breakfast- things i dislike 1. Very small rooms 2. Only soap and toilet paper provided (that too after asking) in the name of toiletries. 3. Wet towels 4. Bad sheets were having stains 5. Curtains were two thin that once can see through 6. Very limited option in food 7. There was no dining room, intercom as mentioned in amenities. 8. Balconies were shared so we could not use as i was with family and people next to our room were drinking in balcony things i like 1. Staff was good 2. Bathroom was spacious and clean
