Beautiful economic rooms in Mall Road opposite Nainital Lake, with a clear view of the Lake and also Market nearby

The property is very good, as it is in front of the lake and rooms are clean and neat and food quality is also good and the main thing is the hotel staff very cooperative and supporting staff

It was a Good experience staying at KK hotels, hope to visit again.

Everything was good especially the location of the hotel. Location was very convenient for your needs. Staff was polite and place was good and hygienic. Good option under budget stay

Hotel was in a perfect location, but rooms are small. For a one or two days trip, it is good.

Though costly but clean, and accessible hotel in Nainital, room is small but cute and clean, washroom is clean and clear

we stayed there for 4 days then extended our stay for 1 more day. It was a great experience and I would like to mention Mr. Anil for their hospitality and other staff as well. Everything for sightseeing and jungle safari was arranged by the hotel itself. Mr. puran singh acquaintance of Mr. Anil took us for sightseeing in the cab/ taxi,for jungle safari at phanto zone, took us to ranikhet and drop us back at kathgodam railway station. I would like to mention Mr. Dinesh Singh at the hotel,he took care of our food cravings for 5 days. Pros Location - Mall road in front of Lake,near boating, near zoo, near naina devi temple. Good food with reasonable rates and good hospitality. Hot water is available all the time. Cons Rooms are a little small. Hot water is not available in washbasin so you have to fill the mug or other utensil from other tap for use. Suggestion-a little plumbing work can fix the above con. Well you can definitely stay here at nainital.

The location is good, in front of Nani lake, good for those who want to explore Nanital City in one Day

Location is very good in the Mall road. Hotel staffs are very good. Rooms also very good for 2 to 3 days stay.

We spent 2 days in Hotel Kay kay. Best part of the hotel is it's location. It is located in Nainital mall road very near to the bus stand. We got nice view of Nainital lake from hotel window & terrace. Also we would like to praise hotel food & hospitality. We got tasty non veg food with nice taste & reasonable price. Hotel stuffs were also very polite & cooperative. They only reason to give this hotel a 4 star is size of the room. We booked 2 economy rooms. Economy rooms are terribly compact in this hotel. 1 room was still ok but the other one was very small & bathroom was also very small. It was absolutly not suitable for 2 persons. Though both the rooms were neat & clean.

Please improve your service and place. This is not hotel only disgusting place. There hv no own parking, room like cottage. Bed like ,,,,,,,,,hv no words. There only one person Rohit

Location of the hotel is very good and lake view. Room is neat & clean. However food quality & quantity is not upto the mark. We enjoyed the stay with good view of mall road and lake.

The hotel staff was excellent, very polite and helpful. They gave us an early check-in at 8:30 AM and even got us toothpaste when we forgot to bring it. Overall, a great experience but rooms were a bit small and food taste was average, but the location was perfect: right in front of the lake, on Mall Road, and just a 5–7 minute walk from the bus stand.

Overall Good. Need more improvement, very cozy room. Rooms could have been more clean.
