The Maple Residences @ Mall

We booked a combination of four rooms for 6 adults and 5 kids (one big room with two double beds and three single rooms with one double bed. One of the single rooms was smaller than the other two; however, the price was the same. We booked the rooms, including breakfast (at a higher price, but the hotel manager considered it a complimentary breakfast (free breakfast) and asked us to choose items from very limited options. In my opinion, the hotel staff completely failed to serve the breakfast. After a heated conversation, they agreed to serve it. The hotel manager said that they hadn't received the money from makemytrip yet. However, we booked the hotel with 100% advance payment around a week ago, so they were treating us as free customers and asked us to cancel our booking on makemytrip. The location of the property was good.

Deluxe room is very small and washoom is not clean but food is delicious. Family suite is good but it’s washroom is also small n dirty.

If you want uninvited guests there then you can surely book this hotel. I found a scorpion inside. Maybe if you are lucky you can find a snake there. I booked the room but slept in my car.

Booking this hotel is my fault, rooms are very dirty, wires are open, doors of toilet is transparent, u can see inside of toilet from the room, staff are very rude, food quality is very bad. Booked lake facing room but they gave us room on the back side, the size of the room is very small. After complaining to your employee mr dinesh he advised me to pay rs 2000- more for lake facing room. Now in future i will avoid to book any hotel, flight from makemy trip.

Stay was good but makemy trip charge very much.

Room was suffocating and service was ok. Room was much costlier as per the price. Wastage of money!totally disappointed.

Wastage of money. Don't fall for the name. The hotel is extremely unhygienic, washrooms are dirty and rooms are coupe size

The location of the hotel is the main attraction as it is located on the main mall road itself that too in the middle of the road. Proper hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. We only had complimentary breakfast but it was not upto the mark. Would rather suggest to have food from outside. Hotel staff was cooperative but one of them was very rude regarding the complimentary breakfast as he was objecting for ordering extra parantha, though we only ordered 2 paranthas for each person. This hotel is preferred for one night stay, and when you don't have to spend much time in hotel. I also felt that for 1 night stay, it is quite expensive.

We stayed in maple residency a nice hotel having an old building near hdfc bank on the mall road itself and the road being just about 30mtrs away makes hotel's location just perfect for any age. The rooms inside comes with complementary breakfast which is yummy, palatable and healthy, all rooms are non ac, staff is good, house keeping prompt, except for the shabby decor of the rooms which can be overlooked for it being an old property of jim corbett covert-ed into a hotel, well if you are comfortable with this fact it is a good place, on the other side they don't have proper power back up and once the lights go off you hear the caterwaul of cats which is scary as it gives you a feeling of the place being haunted, especially during the night and you are sure to spend a sleepless night even with the beds being comfortable unlike other hotel beds, except for the unexpected power cut and cats meows in the night my stay in the hotel was a pleasant one. Thanks.

5200 rs was charged for poor room

Feedback is poor about my stay. Breakfast is very bad. Service is very bad. Poor room. I will waste my money with this hotel. Congested room room cleaning is very bad staff is very bad

The room which was offered is pathetic & too much small size. I have requested to change the room but hotel staff refused to do the same. Even after lots of room are vacant. In mm t booking the room shown is big & having good view but reality is something different. Worst experience.

It was a very small room, washroom was stinky, bedsheet never changed during 3days stay, no room cleaning service. Even water glass not available, asked couple of time but no one came. Breakfast was pathetic and all these costs @7000/day

Food was okay but for hygiene it is terrible. In cleanliness, i would give 0 rating. Also, unprofessional people siting at reception, don’t know how to talk, very bad conversation with ladies, totally liars about booking, etc etc

Tv facilities are available in this hotel, but some channel is provided cable operator. Entertainment and sports channels are not available. This hotel tea is very bad. This hotel wrong billing of fooding amount. We had requested to increase the check out time 10am to 12 am, but manager was not ready. Doctor facilities are not available. Room lighting is not good. Tourist car facilities are available but rate is very high other than mall road taxi drivers.
