Hotel was far away from Mall road on hill top. There is very less options in food and very costly menu. Food taste is also not good what i have ordered. Rooms are good but blankets are not clean. Washroom is clean. Towels are not clean.

Good Stay for those Who Want to Just Keep their Luggage and Explore

Monu Rawat ji gave excellent hospitality. The stay is good for a day or two. Don’t expect exceptional comfort, it’s ideal only for stay overs. There may or may not be a mustiness when it comes to the sheets. Rooms are okay, if you want to stay in then I wouldn’t recommend this, but if you just want to keep your luggage and explore the city this is ideal. Not good for elderly since it isn’t easily accessible.

Staff were rude and not helpful. They gave me room at 1pm even after reaching 12.30pm as they said they are making other room ready for lake view as per my request but still gave the middle room with adjacent building view. In app it was mentioned 11am checkout but they denied for the same and asked to empty room before 10am only or they will charge for next day. When I kept my luggage in the reception and asked to look for that they said it is not out guarantee if something will be lost and asked to take back but keep here only at your risk only. No electric kettle, Iron, heater etc were available as mentioned in the app and even phone for room service or house keeping was broken and you need to search people physically every time you need any support. This was my worst experience ever and would not suggest anyone to book this hotel. They are not ever courteous with the request. Hotel was on hill top with no access to 4 wheeler. You literally need to track 75 degrees to reach so don’t dare to book if you have extra luggage, small kid or elderly people with you.
