very good hotel, very kind staff and location is very good. the view of Lake from the hotel is very good. We are happy to stay there.

After I called several times, the phone was picked up and I was spoken to politely and was told that the room is not vacant, you have checked the hotel from here, talk there, we cannot do anything.

the hotel can work better by providing electric kettle in every room and room heaters. Also there can be better lighting arrangements near the hotel.

Only the Location of the property and staff were good, rest everything was worse. Their in-house. cafe/restaurant is great.😊

Overall it was a very good experience. Room services are good, and the rooms are in good condtions. Only one problem is that it is far away from the road side.

The bedsheet was tainted and very dirty.The windows were fully covered and not as pictures .Worst experience ever .The bedsheets were not changed . The staff did not do anything and were very uncooperative.

Location of the stay was very good and the rooms were also very clean and tidy. staf was also nice and cooperative.

The staff was good but the property was not very good. The quality of stay was not upto the market and not close to what was shown in the image. Giving better rating because of the staff. otherwise won't recommend it.

Stay was comfortable. Location is good as we could walk down to the lake within 5-7 minutes . Jagdish Ji and his entire team was very hospitable and courteous. Our food orders and other service requests were attended to promptly. Overall a good property and service for those who don’t need their vehicle standing right outside the hotel.

This hotel is not good for stay. 1. 10 minutes upwards walk, not suitable for anyone. 2. Room category Silver is worst, bathroom is like local toilet, room smelling- Just like labour room. No other facility other than one double bed. 3. Gold Room- Same as silver, only difference is one wooden chair and room size is slightly big. 4. Leakage in bathroom. 5. Room Door is wooden like village door to be locked with key lock, not automatic. 6. Hotel Food - After eating, stomach disturbed and getting loose motion.I stayed with 6 members of my family, all are getting same problems. Overall, If you want to stay, please stay on your own risk. Request: Dont stay if you have old age person. There will be very very difficult in climbing and reaching to hotel. Oh, don't say it is hotel, it is same as servant room which are very old and everything is damaged. Finally, in my whole life, I never faced such a bad experienced. My family was literally crying after seeing the room. The Best Part- Tea was good.

This hotel is located near Naina Devi Temple in Nainital. It costs 15 taka toto fare. It is accessible on foot from the Gandhi Statue. You can get a pretty good view of the entire lake from the rooftop.

Location is very nearby from the bus stop in Nainital. Monu Ram ji helped me with check-in and Jagdish Chandra Pandey ji was very warm. Madan lal and Nitin was helpful. Daya Krishna ji provided with great food.

Hotel Sweet Home rates high on service and its splendid views of the Tallital lake area. It isn't too far from the Mall Road, and the climb up isn't too steep. The air is neat and tidy and while bazaar and road noises do creep in, it's not too loud to disturb your sleep. The people in the hotel are friendly and that's what is a draw, and also the fact there's a kitchen on the premises, should you want to have a quick meal here, instead of stepping out. Alas, the rooms are another matter. The Silver Room I booked on MakeMyTrip.com was a den-like place with a small window overlooking the roof of a neighbouring building. Sure, the rooms are neat and tidy, and the washrooms have been renovated in recent years, there's a TV, a small closet, a table and a nightstand; but the space is cramped, dark during the day and certainly not recommended for long stays. I'm sure there're better and more expensive rooms on the upper floor, but I didn't see them. A bit annoying was the fact that the linen was resused from the previous guest(s). I managed to get the pillowcases changed. The bedsheet didn't look too bad, but the duvet cover felt limp and moist from previous use. It's lucky that I was staying overnight and just needed a peaceful night's sleep.

Everything was great staffs are too good . They behave very politely and services are good Mr. Jagdish and their team are very humble .
