Villa Bliss Perch 1BHK Near Mall Road

First off all the property is so nice its give the feeling of any 5 star property with good ambience, fresh room & clean bathroom/toilet. Not only the property was mind blowing but the food was also very tasty. And if I talk about hospitality then no one can take place of their staff and specially owner mr.Jay taneja, because when I booked the room for two day’s but because of some reason i have to leave Villa Bliss Perch 1BHK Near Mall Road within a one day only, then on same day of checkin I requested him to please cancel the booking of second day, then without any lengthy process he quickly granted the request of partial cancellation . Even my booking was non refundable then also he did this. This shows that how understanding & helpful person he is, also he proven that for him his guests are more important then money.

The place is great and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly which made it even more comfortable and fun. I was traveling alone so they arranged for the cab and bike rentals at a very reasonable price and informed me about all the must visit places around nainital. Manju aunty is an excellent caretaker and goes out of her way to make the stay comfortable for the guests, she is a great cook and I had all my meals prepared by her only. The villa itself is very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful, definitely a must visit for anyone travelling with friends family or someone who is traveling solo like me.

We booked this beautiful 1BHK in Nainital and our experience was extremely wonderful. The caretaker was courteous and is a great cook, she fed us with some lip smacking regional dishes. The rooms and bathrooms are big and the view is also really nice from the garden area. The parking is available at the villa unlike many other places in Nainital that don’t provide private parking because of space constraints. All basic amenities are available at the villa and overall it was a wonderful experience. We will be back soon. Thanks to our host Jai for being v responsive at even odd hours.

Location: The Villa Bliss Perch 1BHK Near Mall Road is conveniently located, just a short walk from Mall Road, making it easy to explore the lake and local shops. Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. View: Depending on your room, you can enjoy a decent view of the Naini Lake, which adds to the charm. Staff: The staff was polite and helpful, assisting us promptly whenever needed.

Property was overall good, a cozy stay in nanital. 1 bed and 1 sofa cum bed, huge place to accommodate 4-5 people, 1 table and 2 chair in room, 2 sofa with table in hall, hall tv support all the ott platform with high volume. Hospitality wasn’t smooth and real network problem. Also the route is little tedious, at the top of straight slope. Park your car and travel in cab everywhere.

Cozy stay in Nanital. 1 bed and 1 sofa cum bed, enough to accommodate 4-5 people. Good quality sofa, chairs and table provided in hall and room. Hall tv supports all OTT platform with high volume. Hospitality wasn’t smooth, network issues. Also the route is little tedious, at the top of straight slope next to church at mall road. Park your car and travel in cab everywhere.

The stay was very comfortable. The property is bful and near the Mall Road. The caretakers were sweet and helpful.

Place was good. Staffs were really helpful. This place felt like home away from home. The only problem was the parking space. It was very limited and the road was very steep around the parking area which made parking here a challenge.

We had a one night stay in this beautiful villa. The location is serene and quite. The rooms have the vintage touch with paintings amid beautiful nature and lake view. The caretakers are very helpful. It has kitchen as well which is very handy. Our stay was overall amazing😊
