Beautiful property. Very supported staff. Had an excellent stay.

Mirchoni resort location is average and 2 km far from lake they didn’t provide any service for Mall Road .staff is also not good they ask money for every service.

stay is very peaceful. Resort food is very amazing and very good service

Hotel staff was co operative, food and hotel property was good. Location was not that comfortable as it was on top and road was steep, difficult even to walk.

Amazing location very close to Naina Devi temple and Naini Lake.. surroundings are super green and calm..excellent food ,be it dinner or breakfast.. rooms are super specious and luxury ( specially heritage family room and premium room).. great service specially mr Lalit who used to take care of food service things.. overall excellent stay..

I was looking for some good options for my stay in Nainital and then this property was recommended by MMT to me. I must have had some really good fortune during the moment I booked this property as this one turned out to be a real gem in terms of location, amenities, food and overall hospitality. From checking-in to staying at the property and checking-out, it was a wonderful, smooth and a quality stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND travellers this property when visiting Nainital. And yes, they can arrange taxi service if you ask for it. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one.

Food in the resort was very good. They prepared what we wanted to have and it was all tasty. Location is a bit difficult to reach with bigger cars unless you have an experienced driver. The cottages in the resort are comfortable however it's a very old cottage and the wooden flooring is broken in many places. The cost is extremely on the higher side. Overall we had a pleasant stay and nice ambience inside the resort. Service was also very good.

worse property I ever saw . property as showing in image and in reality is totally different all rooms floor are brokens , bath tub is dirty and broken , kitchen in hotel is looking like road side thela wali dukan and they are charging a huge amount if you are booking with meals , I booked this resort for one day. I visited with my family there , I had one year baby also with us floors of the rooms are broken and they covered with mats , and that mats are too much dirty with tobacco spitting and all , while seeing the property we decided to leave the resort immediately and they are not ready to gave us refund also, after a whole day conversation with mmt and resort I get half refund only . attaching the few pictures which I clicked to show mmt , I attaching the same here also , please see before booking so that the same will not happen with you also . property is not safe for children's also as it is on the top and resorts walls are broken in place of walls they tied with used wire .

Location is very beautiful. Also view from hotel is marvelous. We can view lake from hotel. Tiffin top,Mall road, lake are on walking distance.Room are clean and staff is very cooperative .I have so much fun during stay.

I recently stayed at The Mirchoni Resort for two days, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being courteous and humble, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The food was outstanding, from the soup to breakfast to the main course—everything was delicious and well-prepared. The variety and quality of the meals exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay was awesome, and I would highly recommend The Mirchoni Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nainital. Looking forward to visiting again!

The rooms were in great condition with great view the staff is really helpful and good hearted the food at the property is really affordable and good in quality as well as quantity

Stayed there for two night , Hotel is good but shady rooms .B/F menu needs improvement Service & staff response is extremely good ..very courteous staff.

Their hospitality is really excellent, Staff Specially Mr. Lalit Mohan is doing excellent service for guests and very good person. I must recommend Mirchoni for sure.

It's a wonderful hotel with great views, great food and very helpful and friendly staff. The food was totally awesome, probably the best breakfast of this vacation. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Mirchoni has the warmest staff ever. They are genuinely concerned about your stay at their resort and do everything possible to keep you at ease. The ambience is very cozy and the view is awesome. The location is a bit problematic since you have to walk all the way up and down to the mall road as cars are not allowed nonetheless Mirchoni is so worth it. The food is reasonable and very tasty. Car parking is allowed inside the premises which is a relief. One issue is that the geyser takes an hour or so to heat up the water and sometimes you can't use warm water which is a bummer.

I had the worst experience at Marconi Resort and strongly advise others to avoid it. From the start, the management completely misled us about the parking situation. The road leading to the resort was closed, and they forced me to park my expensive vehicle at another hotel with no responsibility or assurance of safety. This crucial issue was not communicated in advance, leaving us in a stressful and inconvenient situation. To make matters worse, the heater switch in the room wasn’t working, making the stay uncomfortable in the cold weather. On top of that, the washroom was not properly cleaned, showing a complete lack of basic hygiene standards. When I brought these issues to their attention, they admitted their mistake over the phone and said they had already informed about it, but this doesn’t excuse the poor communication and lack of preparation on their part. Overall, Marconi Resort completely failed to deliver even the most basic expectations of hospitality. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability ruined my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
