Nice property with very clean rooms and friendly staff. bang on mall road it is very convenient. The size of the room may a little tight but is very clean and comes with all amenities. wash room was super clean and good size. overall very good experience. Room is comfy & luxurious. Clean & equipped with all the essentials. Good lighting & interior. Staff here is jolly, well-behaved & friendly. Food was fresh & tasty, but compromised portion. Recommended 💯

Its a new and well maintained property of only 4 rooms the service and even the food quality is great....staying at this hotel will be totally no regret but just don’t expect the lake view it has only 1 room with the view with higher price.

I booked a platinum room. The room is quite fancy and clean. However, the room is not that spacious. The property is also not that big. No smoking property. The property doesn’t have its own parking and the parking is quite far. They do offer pick and drop till parking. But the parking fee itself is 500rs. the staff is quite professional, polite and helpful. So no complaints there. Recommended to a family or couple. It was a comfortable stay but due to its rules I guess it’s not for us.

My stay at elfin was wonderful , it is situated at main mall road with best staff and service , room was clean , they provide inhouse food which was best . Loved it❤️

This was our 2 nd stay in Elfin nainital. When we booked it for the first time in 2023 we got so disappointed after seeing the access to the hotel as it was on a bit elevation but as we entered into the hotel all our anger was gone because it was too good .Room was very neat clean and comfy especially the washroom ( as it matters a lot ). Nice interior and specially that cozy common sitting area was my favourite place in the morning for tea. So in 2025 without any second thought we booked it again👍

Senior citizen ke liye acha nahi hai.60-70 stairs hai and no provision for old age citizen it’s very tough to reach .

We stayed in Chocolate Room, hotel Location is superb but rooms are very small . rooms was neat and clean, so if you looking for budget trip you can try this Host and staff are also very friendly and supportive .

service was very good. persons were very humble.rooms and bathroom were clean and hygenic. but not worth money. rooms are suffocating. only four rooms I booked in Rs 4000/- which was very costly as per my opinion. it's not hotel it's room stay.

In one word it was amazing ✨. The staff , the room and food and the location everything is good , will even recommend my family and friend for this hotel when they will plan a trip for Nainital. The room has every facility , the view from lobby of lake is mesmerising and the staff is also very nice .
