Peaceful stay
It's located in remote area and peaceful surroundings. View from room was missing but dining area had great view. Its very remote place so not expect any restaurant or shops. Value for money is missing in stay and food. Asked host for some info he increased rates on mmt. Book before asking

The guests came without any prior information, was unbehaved, no consideration for mature and surroundings, left the rooms very dirty. Since the guest has no knowledge about places, he is telling a place just 12 kilometers uphill from kathgodam as a remote place.

Good stay
Overall a good and standard stay, location was good but a little bit of inside, property was clean, rooms were also very good, spacious and comfortable, facilities were available, the caretaker was very helpful, a good stay and a recommended property for a group of friends not for family.
