Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few things for future guests' understanding. Our property is a homestay, not a typical hotel, which is also clearly marked on MMT with the Homestay flag. We have just 3 rooms, and hence, one caretaker is usually sufficient to manage the space and assist guests. The rooms are 250 sq. ft., as shown in the photos, with large windows to ensure good ventilation and natural light. The house was originally not built for commercial purposes, which adds to its charm and uniqueness. Additionally, there's an 800 sq. ft. sit-out area outside, offering guests a spacious and open environment — definitely not suffocating. Please note that you made a same-day booking during a long weekend, which didn't allow us enough time to communicate all the details about the property in advance. We strive to offer one of the most affordable stays in Nainital with an authentic homestay experience. Still, we appreciate your inputs and will keep working to improve.

Due to this rare overlap, we immediately informed you and also offered a free cancellation or a property change option, even after check-in, to ensure your convenience.
