Old property.. broken door handle , dirty fans.. messy bed covers .. Staff were good and cooperative but overall the stay was not good . Frequent power cuts

Great stay. Clean and spacious rooms with all basic necessities. Food is nice. Offbeat and peaceful location away from crowd and city. Lakefront view is basic.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Experience Ever – Total Scam! zero service! The hotel is not in Nainital, but in a remote, isolated area. We reached late at night in heavy rain, but no staff was present, and no one answered calls — not even from MakeMyTrip support team. We were left stranded outside in the rain, helpless no support from hotel in extreme vad weather unable to check-in. Had to urgently arrange another stay in panic. the hotel took booking but failed to provide basic services of opening door. Do not book. Worst nightmare ever.

It was a worse experience I have ever had and I checked out a day before. There were no toiletries No food was provided timely Only breakfast option was pratha Parking was on roadside The floor was wet Beetles around I also requested mmt for the refund of a day but I haven't heard back so far from your side. Being an MMT customer I am expecting that much support from the MMY.

Poor hygiene,pictures are quite different from reality

The location was awesome, room was spacious and food was tasty. However, there are few cons that include cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom. The bathroom had a very bad odour. So overall the stay is recommended only for the view, rest of the facilities are below par.

Rooms and bathroom was not clean bed sheet was used, we had to change, floor of the room was full of dust, bathroom was smelling . Food taste good but not hygienic

No restaurant, very few staff, very less attention to hygiene

Service is not that great, rooms are not as per the pictures. Location is nice and that’s it.

1.It was a lovely stay. 2. The food was very good . 3. Services were great. 4. The view is tree- mendous . 5. Prices were also reasonable. 6. The staff was good, they helped with the taxi services. 7. Everyone should go to this place and experience the peaceful nature. Lastly, I would like to say that I will visit this place once again in my lifetime.

It was really terrible experience with this room. Room was dirty & staff behaviour is worst. Don’t book this hotel.
