familyWould definitely recommend your stay here. Location was perfect. Our unit had a balcony facing the lake. Perfect view of bhimtal lake and surroundings, no buildings were obstructing the view. The hotel is also only ( minutes walk from the town centre, so we were well away from the noise. Big shout out to staff members. Service provided is well above and beyond. Food is good as well.

No kitchen no food available. Room was good but services were terrible. No proper reception no proper billing.

First of all, you were very inappropriate in your behaviour and conduct towards the staff. Secondly, despite of giving you proper bills multiple times you were not ready to take it under the influence of alcohol. We really had a hard time serving your group. Please learn to behave appropriately first. Our hotel staff is there to serve you but they also deserve respect. At midnight you wanted cancellation because your inappropriate and unsocial demands were denied by the staff. It's very unfortunate that we had such a bad experience hosting guests like you.

coupleRooms provided had excellent view and were quite spacious. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. Bhimtal market is at walkable distance. Nainital is 1 hr drive. Rooms were clean.
