Insect, electricity sockets broken, most of the bulbs not working, damping on the walls, unbearable smell, no reception, no cleaning, water in the rooms because of rain. I have never seen a room worse than this.

Worst hotel. No water supply plus pathetic housekeeping staff. I will not recommend anyone to go for this hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was subpar. The food quality was extremely poor, and the rooms were unacceptably messy.

The place is not a hotel and it is misleading to classify it as one. There is no reception or any other staff to handle the guests. There was just one attendant and he was often too busy with his friends to worry abt guests. There was no attached restaurant and the menu kept in the rooms was a joke. The last day of stay we litrelly had to bring milk from the market and handover to the attendant so we could have brkfst and leave on time. The hot water geyser was malfunctioning and we had a tough time getting it to work. The room was thermally not insulated and the night time temp inside the room went almost as low as the outside. The bedsheets and covers had holes (most probably from smoking. Overall an unpleasant stay.

The hotel name and place of stay is completely different. I booked the place at lakes and woods and they shifted our family to an utterly dirtiest place. It has garbage dumped on the side lobby of the hotel and there was actually no way to walk. I would urge not to book this location at all.

Not a good place to stay! No Electricity, Rooms were not clean, bedsheet was also not clean, Food Hygiene they dont know about it,

Firstly they shifted me to another location and the new location was good actually. But no hospitality. Nothing you will feel like you are using room on rent.

The room's condition was pathetic. Food was not at all good. The washroom locks were not working. They even did not have complimentary water bottles available.

Good location have direct view to lake except this nothing to cheer. Small property with only five rooms, no reception, no intercom, poor upkeep of bedding, bedbugs to welcome you. Basic room amenities provided on call only. Food is ok. Not recommend for leisure trip.

It was a good experience for food, rooms were not as per the charges. But overall experience was good. Nice location, staff is very very helpful and polite, cleanliness is maintained.

Staff was rude. Room was dirty and stain was all over the place. I booked but after seeiythe condition i could not stay there with my family. Make my trip also did not support in any way. Looters.

When we went to hotel for check-in they refused us to give check-in they said all rooms are booked and by mistake they forget to mention their hotel sold out

Be aware, if you are planning to stay over here it's going to be nightmare for you. Owner of the property doesn't respond and hold you for hours, if i could rate bellow zero i would have done ! rats are waiting to climb on you in room.

The property was not as good as it was shown in the pictures even the rooms were not clean. Mosquitoes and insects were there in the rooms it was totally a waste of money.

The room and its upkeep was hopelessly unhygienic. In spite of making full payment in advance did not stay at the hotel. My refund claim is still pending with my

Pathetic place, never ever plan to stay in this. There is nothing like resort. No running water in the room, somehow managed from another room for water. The room had broken window through which air was passing throughout the chilling winter night. Owner was invisible, had only one person who was drinking with some guys there, who were drinking till 2. 30 pm and were fighting and abusing each other. They charged 3500 rs for one box which they claimed as a room. I request mm t trip to cancel it's association with such pathetic hotel otherwise it will ruin your brand name also.
