Review Of Hotel Kurmanchal(walkable distance from Mall Road)

This is worst property, blanket smelling, room there is no proper water tap water is leaking and worst room .

Soap, shampoo complimentary was missing. Location is good. Service & staff are good & friendly.

1) Property is situated at the best spot giving gorgeous view of naini lake and naina devi mandir. 2)Before 9pm online deliveries are possible from every food app. 3) Rooms were 4.5, bathroom hygiene will decrease the rating by 3.5 . 4) Services were excellent remarking them with 5/5. Summary, Staff behavior was engaging will not make you suffer with anything, very helpful nature. Specially a staf there named Sourabh was more corporative. A 4.5 place to stay. #willrecommend

I would not recommend this property, first you have to walk a lot as it is not located on main road also the entrance steps were always wet which made it slippery and hazardous. Rooms and bathroom were not up to the mark. Hairs strands insects and snails crawling on the floor. Only the best part was the attitude of the staff. Not going again there for sure.

pethetic, difficult to reach to hotel.... request everone not to book at all. almost 500mtr to get down and to climb to reach hotel. senior citizen snd even youngster also can't reach to hotel

hotel manager ka behaviour bahut kharab hai.total juuth bolte hai.payment lene ke baad aap jao bhade mai.koe sunne wala nahi hai.no tv no wifi, or room ke bahar log late night tak baat karte rahenge.gadi khadi karne ki koe fecelity nahi hai.meri gadi mai dent lag gya uska koe matlab nahi hai aap jano.usko apne kaam se matlab hai aik baar paymnt aa gya hogya kaam very bad system

Terrible hotel! I have had the worst hotel experience of my life. My room was filthy and had centipede like bugs all over the room.

The stay at Hotel kurmanchal was not worth recommending. While I would not blame the staff,rather makemytrip and owner of property. My observations are, 1.Rooms are lacking ambience. 2.Disturbance of voices around rooms. 3.No hot water kettle in room,no intercom,no room bell. 4.cleanliness poor 5.image of hotel on site is misleading,property approach from road is very narrow and that too unclean. 6 Beds are simple beds,bedsheets of dull colour. 7.Makemytrip should inspect and rating be done accordingly. 8.Staff behaviour was okay. writing' walkable distance from Mallroad is misleading.All hotels in the area are on walkable distance. I hope property needs improvement.

Hotel is very high we have to climb up. Food in hotel is very costly
