Approach road to the property is awful. The vehicle cannot reach the place and one has to carry the luggage with the help of the staff for about 100 mts. So anybody with physical disabilities should strictly avoid. The maintenance is not very satisfactory and many fittings need repairs and replacement. Looks like general cleaning is not regular. Bathroom fittings are weird. The toilet faucet is fixed on the left side of the wc, and toilet paper roll is fixed at head height nearthewashbasinmirror. No shower curtains resulting in entire bathroom getting wet during shower. All the door locks are tower bolts which requires extra effort to close or open. Broken curtain rods are dumped inside the wardrobe which has no hangers either. There's also no provision for drivers restroom and they have to sleep inside their vehicle in the biting cold. However the food is freshly cooked and tasty. This is the only saving grace. The staff are quite helpful.

It was a pleasant stay at the farm cottage and the hospitality offered by rajesh ji was great at the property. It is recommended for family and group stay.

Best place to stay with family nice pool and very polite and good staff very decent food and the place is at a very good location
