It's a good trip, enjoyed a lot , room was ok and food was good , also hotel staff was really cooperative

Property location is good, nice view of Nainital lake from lake view room.Breakfast was ok but limited variety!service is ok. Average stay price is high. At the price it should be at least 4 star category.

The stay is far far away from the main area.Uphill.Elderly and small children will feel difficult to reach.The food is ok but is too much costly what I spend for a lunch only.Make my trip you failed to verify like this hotels Reception people are ok as per behaviour.Restaurant people will not bothering what you want.

ambience was good...but pics shown different wash room like glass fitted partition but provide was different intercom service not available towel and AC were missing. charges were high as per food quality was sub standard

Ridiculously placed location of this property. Non motorable, dangerous sharp inclined roads. Far off from the mall road & other points. No one should ever make the mistake of driving to this place..Road is too narrow..They say it's on the VIP (governor's house nearby) so they cannot put sign boards..It was a struggle and a complete waste of time to just reach the place.. Room was ok but no towels, no dental kit, no shaving kit and just two pillows.. When asked for pillows for the child, the response was unacceptable(the owner said, pure nainital mein koi pillow nahi dega).. We gave the room keys in the morning and asked the manager to get the room cleaned..We came back in the evening and asked for the keys on the reception - Response from the manager "please look for the Housekeeping boy who would be somewhere on your floor.." and we were asked to take the keys from some boy who we could not find..So, then again we had to go back to the reception to tell them and finally they could get the room opened for us. And to our surprise, the room was exactly how we had left it in the morning..They started to clean it in the evening while we were standing there ..It was such a frustrating experience..We asked them to please leave us alone and not try and clean now..as my child (2yr old) wanted to sleep.. Food was ok but kitchen timings were limited..They accepted order for tea and after an hour, when we called to check out order, someone picked up and said kitchen is closed now ..We told them, that they accepted the order one hour ago, they hung up on us .. Honestly, I will never ever recommend anyone to get in this trap.. Ideally, Make my trip should delist them..If you don't want to get stuck in hills with inconsiderate people, dangerous location and absolutely pathetic experience, please don't book this place. I regret booking this place for my family.

it's on too height, not a so much good view . Hotel cleaning and room space is average. if you have small child, don't go for it

Hotel staff was very kind and provided information about the travel plan and even how to commute in Nainital. Rooms were clean

This hotel does not have 24/7 staff. Hot water not supplied until you ask . The staff come at 7:30 am and you need to wait until then . Hotel manager does not pick calls when asking for location and worst breakfast start at 8:45 am. Lack of management and discipline. And last location is one way and very narrow at some place and near school and chance of stuck if you plan peak time.

Our experience at this hotel started on a very disappointing note. The hotel manager provided us with incorrect directions, causing us to get lost in the mountains for nearly 45 minutes to an hour. When we finally managed to reach the hotel, we were given a room that was completely different from what was shown in the pictures on the MakeMyTrip app. Upon questioning, the staff informed us that the rooms shown online were already occupied and that, since we had booked through MakeMyTrip, we were assigned a different, much smaller room. The room was so cramped that the three of us could not adjust comfortably. The behavior of the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They argued with us, and as three female guests, we felt harassed and unsafe during the encounter. To make matters worse, the hotel served stale, leftover food to our driver, which led to severe food poisoning. He was continuously vomiting during our return journey to Delhi, making the trip back extremely difficult and distressing for all of us. Overall, it was a highly unpleasant and unsafe experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was good and some of the basic amenities were lacing like no table and chairing the room and approach to the hotel is somewhat cumbersome .

It is a good stay.Cost of the food is high in the hotel .Temple and lake are very close to the hotel but road are very problematic for walk. 4
