Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and even after repeatedly informing the staff, no effort was made to fix the issues. The refrigerator was not working, the internet was completely unreliable, and overall the amenities were in very bad condition. The staff did not seem interested in resolving any of the problems, which made the stay very frustrating. On top of that, the location is not convenient at all—if you are not comfortable with climbing up and down constantly.

Overall, it's not a great experience. Host was not cooperative. Demanded ids of all occupants before sharing exact location and property manager contact details. Didn't pickup my calls. Property manager was very cooperative and helpful. Rooms were clean, however one room had very strong sever smell. I couldn't sleep properly as a result of that. Road to get to the property is single lane and very steep. Only experienced drivers can drive. To get to the mall road, have to shell out extra 600 rupees for the cab. People with senior citizens should definitely avoid this property.
