Courteous, polite and friendly staff. Clean rooms, good simple food. quiet and clean ambience. splendid mountain view from the room. BUT a little distant (approx 10-12 km) from Nainital. We checked in at 8 pm approx but were NOT provided with the complimentary high-tea.
