this hotel had no balconies and views of nainital, it was on a hill where connectivity with the city of nainital was very poor, there were no taxi operator willing to go to hotel, cab drivers were charging very high, and there were no options to get taxi from the hotel. The cleanliness was poor, I had to get the bed sheets, pillow covers and blanket changed by them since they were so much dirty. And most importantly, there were no Fans and ACs in the rooms.

Staff is courteous and helpful food is good.. hotel needs a upgrade and a bit more professionalism

House keeping is very poor Room interior was damaged and not managed, no proper locks, door handles, toilet flush damages, taps are not working overall infrastructure is very poor. Food is average. Staff is cooperative. Need to improve there property infrastructure. Thanks

Overall it was good for the price. Location was ok. No view, but still i would say its good.

Worst Experience, No electricity, No Heating system, and the worst rooms possible, Washroom did not had Hot water while the Temperature was 2° to 6°. not a go to I would say, they definitely need to improve on many things. Receptionist was too rude but the Bell boy and other staffs were good

Very disappointed for this price against property.

Location: property location is about 1. 5 kms away on the opposite side of the mall road of the nainital lake. The path is not suitable for walk and have sharp, deep and narrow turns. Parking: the parking is congested and can accommodate 5-7 vehicles only. Room and view: we got 2nd floor room and the room quality was satisfactory. Sheets, pillows and floor was clean and washroom was also good with proper hot water geyser. We took breakfast with room which was worthwhile as food quality was good. However the view was blocked with adjacent hotels and trees. Overall it was good stay except the approach to hotel and room view. Rest all was good in the price.

Hotel service was nice, staff was really nice and welcoming but not accessible and far from all the locations. Every time i had to pay 500 for travel-ling to and fro not because of the distance but slope. Property was not nice as well, decent but doesn’t justify 2000/ night for a room.

It was very poor stay at this place with no proper standard for this cost. Food was too bad. Sheets are so ugly. They not even cleaned the room. Everywhere cockroaches. There is no room heater & water heater.

The hotel stay was so pleasant and satisfying. The staff members were so sincere and active, the rooms were clean and properly maintained but there were few things missing in the room as per my observation. I will list out those things accordingly. 1) wall clock was missing in the room. 2) wiper should be kept in the washroom. 3) the lights alongside the bed were non functional. 4) there must be a small cloth drying stand for wet clothes. 5) they should keep an a er pocket in the washroom. 6) the main power socket in the room was totally burnt.

Hotel mount n mist was situated up 3-4 km in the hill person who think that it's only 1-2 km pols attention it's a scam
