Good cozy stay. Great amazing property .

Stay was perfect, staff was very helpful. They provided us with the things for kitchen like milk bread etc. Property location is nice and not very far from mall road but walking to Property is bit difficult as the roads are steep. But again one can find two wheeler easily who drops you at the Property at reasonable price. The apartment was spacious and beautifully made neat and clean. Loved it was a comfortable stay

My stay at the villa in Nainital was nothing short of amazing. The picturesque surroundings and the beautifully maintained property created a perfect escape. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience made all the difference. Every request was met with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The property was very clean and tidy also it had all the amenities like heaters and all only the toiletries were missing rest the property was super amazing.

The location mentioned on MMT and google is not correct. It shows the property at 200m from naini lake but it's > 1 km away from the naini lake and there are no restaurants nearby. it's not at all walkable as the road is all uphill.

The property was pretty clean and well decorated, however the location was a bit inconvenient. It’s situated quite uphill so you have to take a cab everytime you go up. The caretakers and helpers were pretty nice and got us maggi since there are no eateries nearby.

Rooms were clean with enough space. The ambiance was aesthetic. However, for the food part, you need to order online and the shops closes by 11pm max

It was the best home stay we can have we had an amazing stay there service was also good could have been much better other wise it was best stacation we had

Overall experience was really bad, i will not suggest this to anyone. Cook came only once for which she charged 500- for cooking and 900- for groceries for 4 people. She cooked 1 kg rice for four people and wasted major of them. Why the hell she has to cook 1 kg rice for 4 people. And in morning- cook didnot come and we manager asked to order from some restaurant, and food was real bad. Balcony was not cleaned and it was dusty and dirty. Overall, i will not suggest this property to anyone. Avoid wasting your money

Location is great but it should be mentioned that it is 700 mtrs from mall road. Service was also average.

Wonderful experience staying into the woods. Cook was excellent and amenities were superior. Stay par excellence
