Clean rooms and awesome hospitality
The location is perfect and very close to the lake. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff wqw very respectful and accomodating. The owner is a nice guy too, he got pastries and patties for us, which was a very sweet gesture. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property and would definitely stay at this property when i travel again. Share the link for writing review

The cottage itself is beautifully maintained, tastefully furnished, and radiates a cozy, homely vibe. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and sipping tea while overlooking the misty valley was an experience we won’t forget. 🌄 Location: Ideal for anyone looking to escape the chaos and soak in nature. Just a short walking distance feom Nainital Mall Road, yet secluded enough to offer peace and privacy. 🛏️ Rooms: Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with wooden interiors that match the mountain ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our window was postcard-perfect. 🍳 Food: Home-cooked meals were a delightful highlight. Being a hill station , guest visiting the very first time feels the difference between plane topographical areas compare to hilly areas . Excellent Stay
I stayed in flemingo cottage for 4 days 4 nights and got an excellent experience throughout my stay. The location is very nearer to naini lake as only 210 mtrs far from Lake. There was very beautiful view of lake from the tarrace and the room as well. Room was very good with clean and hygienic attached bathroom equipped with all modern facilities including geyser etc. Hot water was available all the times. Main feature of the cottage was the behaviour and hospitality offered by the care taker Mr. OM Prakash along with a female staff as well. Both are very generous and cooperative persons. Mr. OM Prakash is a not only a care taker but is a very good cook. From the food menu he himself cooks and prepares fresh food items whatever you order. It is always very tasty and delicious whatever he cooks. He is always ready to attend the guests from morning to night and solves any problem immediately if you face some. The overall experience was very amazing. I strongly recommend all to prefer to stay there during visit to nainital. I have already submitted my review

Excellent Stay
Our stay was very good. Overall It was a comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and clean and had all the basic amenities . Food was decent. Om Prakash Ji is a helpful caretaker and addressed all our queries and was completely involved in ensuring our stay was confortable The Homestay is situated at an elevation. Hence , a little climbing has to be done to reach the Cottage. Otherwise , it is quite near to the Lake.

Excellent Stay
I booked a family sweet for me and my two grown up sons and we had a comfortable stay the location was quite near to the lake tho a little walk is necessary which will do you good, but not suitable for the elderly. Mr om prakash ( caretaker) is a great human being. The view from the balcony is amazing.
