As per Sep 2025, It's a new property, so everything was neat and clean. The manager and employees were very polite and helpful. They cleaned Washrooms twice a day. But the food was very expensive. I think they should lower the price.

Had an Excellent Stay at The Hostler.

I had a great experience during my Stay at the Hostler, Nainital. This is new property and well maintained as well. In all the departments, The Hostler is doing well specifically in hospitality, housekeeping and food also. It was a great experience to staying at the Hostler. They provided excellent service in terms of hospitality and food. Providing good amenities but wifi is not good specially in the rooms. Overall my experience has been very Good.

My stay here was excellent! The ambience is great, the location is very convenient yet peaceful, and the pricing is really good. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a nice aesthetic vibe. The food was good, and everything from the bed to the pillows was very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Tanuj, the manager, who was very polite and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.”
