Property is close to mall road yet secluded... we had an amazing time. the food was homely, the caretakers ensured we had a relaxing time.

It was awesome stay and services. The food was very delicious. The environment and garden was very nice. Lake is visible from property.

It’s been an amazing experience thus far. This is an awesome property and place and really loved the vibes. The staff members are very helpful and caring. Overall a perfect place to stay and absorb the serenity on nainital. Roam-home is the goto place if you want to plan a special vacation.

The location is bad, its at height and inaccessible for most people. The staff was supposed to be helping but they lacked basic hospitality. We asked for multiple stuff to cook ourselves but they didn't provide any support. Although after contacting the manager gets work done. The ambience inside and outside the villa is awesome, but the area surrounding is lonely at night and feels errie. They have multiple properties so book anyone which is not at height.

I was really disappointed with the property and worst of all was the callus attitude of the care taking staff. 1. This place is nowhere near the mall road. It is at good uphill location which is impossible to manage with senior citizens and small kids. 2. Apart from a few instagram worthy corners, most of the property is dark, dingy and smelly. 3. The support staff is really uncooperative. 4. The food options for breakfast, which was complimentary are very limited, the cook said no to most of the options we requested.

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and peaceful. Beautifully made. Staff is very humble and helpful. One must definitely stay here when in nainital.

Best place to stay in nainital with family

it was a great experience, we were there to celebrate my parents' anniversary. Hira bhaiya cooked very delicious food, Rohit was also very helpful. The property is so beautiful ❤️ We had a very memorable stay and celebration, would definitely visit again in the future.
