Review Of Hotel H K Legacy (walkable distance from Mall Road)

I was not offered the same room as was in photos. The Hotel got me a very shady and very small room there were just a (Takth) not even a proper bed. Don’t have any closet and table to put down your luggage just a concrete floor(slip) which was shading from down side. The room was very misty and wet from inside. Small earthworms were peaking out from spaces between the walls. If i say i words it was not a room it was a Kothri instead. Very Very bad experience

Worst hotel, but staff was good, room was dull with now exciting gallery view, towels and badsheets were is terrible condition, overall pls don’t go for it , choose other hotel in same budget Worst hotel, but staff was good, bedsheets were dirty and towels were in terrible condition overall not a good option

Nice stay well maintained rooms. The receptionist was humble and the blankets and toilets were clean and well maintained.

The stay was not that pleasant. The hotel is run by 2 people, who do all the work, clean, cooking, etc. The location of the hotel is misguided and it's on a far off location from Mall Road.

housekeeping and room service not provided on both day, no slippers, no door mate, no lake view (ground floor) and the room was just like a guest House. It was just an average experience in this budget.

I stayed here one night with my family....the room was very small..there is no sofa in the room. The location is very pathetic.. you have to climb 550 mt to find this property. The bathroom was dirty. The pillow cover was dirty. staff behaviour is not up to mark. terrible experience. I will not recommend anyone to stay here!

यह होटल बहुत अंदरूनी है और पहाड़ के नजदीक होने के कारण सभी रूम में फ्लोरिंग में पानी का भेज आया हुआ था। साफ सफाई की उतनी अच्छी नहीं थी उसका किचन तो देखने लायक ही नहीं था बहुत ही खराब और गंदा था

when we reached nainital entire city was under police orders due to riots between Hindu Muslim religion. All shops closed. No taxi service. We requested Hotel manager that we shall leave for Ranikhet the very next day because there was no meaning to stay under tense environment. we requested him that our balance one day may please be adjusted after situation gets better. But they did not respond. We left for Ranikhet. Myself 63 yrs sr citizen along with my wife experienced bad response from Hotel. Same man Manager, cook, staff , all in one. Telephone out of order. Terrific. I will not recommand to anyone. Hotel is on high elevation. No autorikshaw can climb there. Only car can go to nearby galli of Hotel.

Maine jab online book kiya tha to ek dar lag tha ki hotel acha hoga ki nhi par jab mai gya nanital or hotel pahuncha to hotel ka room bahaut acha tha or staff bahut acha hai hum log ki bahaut help ki or... Food bhi bahut acha hai hotel ka or pocket friendly hotel hai ap araam de book kr ke ja saktae hai love tha place ...
