Totally loved the experience,owner was too helpful and polite. I recommend you to all visit their place and you will be more than happy and will be satisfied by their food,room and service. Loved overall vibe. Will visit again

I recently visited Nainital with a friend and booked The White House—honestly, was a bit skeptical at first. They offer two room types: one with no view and one with a “partial lake view.” I originally wanted the non-view one (because why pay extra for partial, right?), but it sold out and I had to go for the pricier option. Cut to me thinking: ugh, paid extra for nothing. But the moment I reached (yes, after a bit of a trek since taxis aren’t allowed), entered the room—and wow. That partial lake view? Please. It’s a straight-up lake view. Gorgeous. The room was spacious, cozy, and gave major homey vibes. The caretaker was sweet—though I had to call him a few times—but super helpful. Honestly? Worth every penny. Would 100% stay again.

property is very good to stay. the only prblm is no parking at property and little bit higher to reach there. rest is fanrastic rooms are big, clean and care taker is nice with his work.. surely i will recommend to stay there..

The view from the room was pretty good and room cleaness wast also pretty good. I lobe the location where the resort was located and room service was fast and smooth. I love it!

First of all, the location was not instructed correctly on the website. The number mentioned on the website was never reachable. We somehow reached up to the place and were provided with a double bed single room, however we paid the price and booked for double rooms this was told to us by the caretaker there. We asked for water bottles( that is the basic amenity that should have been provided)

The location of this stay is very near to mall road and the ambiance is blissful. The stay is highly maintained and geyser are working fine and the caretaker is very friendly. This place is highly recommend for family, friends and couple. Happy stay!

Room was not ready we had to wait almost 90 mins, even the amenities were not there after asking.

I’ve booked a partial lake view room via app but they charged me extra 1k for the same room and 500 for heater. Room was smelly, sheets were not cleaned, even the quilt was smelling a lot. There was no toilet paper, no toiletries kept in the bathroom. When requested, they have asked for extra money even for that basic amenity. Kitchen was not functional, there were no cutlery, no plates. I had to order food from outside and eat it in foiling wrapper. Overall worst experience, I wonder how MMT is promoting this property. I even doubt booking properties via MMT app

It’s very worst experience with hotel there is not any responsible staff for service hotel location is very hard to find & it’s wrong mention everything because no one support for car parking our vehicle, due to this local police online challan raise. When we require any support related queries no one is coming for service whole night we are facing lot of issue . Also Wi-Fi is not working. As per our recommendation this hotel should not be listed . Because this type of issue is raise the question for Standard. Kindly give the suggestion & revert who is responsibility for our inconvenience
