It was a very average room There was not that much area as per the price and there was no lake view . The staff was nice and polite but the guest hous was not as per the expectation.

गेस्ट हाउस बुक किया था। ऑनलाइन तस्वीरें देखकर सब कुछ ठीक लग रहा था, लेकिन जब हम वहाँ पहुँचे, तो हमारी उम्मीदें टूट गईं। मेरी जिंदगी मुझे सब्से बुरा अनुभव था। कमरा रूम बहुत छोटा था बाथरूम में बहुत छोटा था रूम सर्विस के नाम पर कुछ नहीं था और छत से सारा समय पानी आ रहा था मेरे जिंदगी का सबसे बेकार अनुभव था मैं यह भविष्य में कभी नहीं आना चाहूँगा 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Bahut hi ganda room tha, ajeeb si smell aa rahi thi. Ventilation bhi nahi tha. I recommend you please don't stay here.

Disappointing Stay – Water Shortage & Dirty Conditions
My friend had booked this hotel for 2 nights with through MMT, but could only tolerate one miserable night due to multiple issues. First, there was a long delay during check-in – no one at the reception seemed prepared or organized. I had to wait over just to get into the room. Once inside, things only got worse. There was a severe shortage of water – I couldn't even shower properly. When I raised the issue, the staff was dismissive and offered no solution. We are fighting for water till 11.00 pm. We have used the washroom of an other hotel for fresh-n-up. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable – dirty sheets, a foul smell, and the bathroom was in a horrible state. I had no choice but to leave after one night, even though I had paid for two. It was impossible to stay in such poor conditions. Is MMT not responsible for checking the properties listed on their platform? This kind of experience not only ruins trust in the hotel, but also the booking service Avoid this place at all costs. The water issue you faced was due to a widespread local water outage affecting all hotels in the area for 3 days, as reported in newspapers. Our team worked till late night to arrange water and even coordinated with a nearby hotel for your washroom use (For your comfort, we arranged a washroom at another hotel at our own cost). You mentioned staying only one night, but our records show you checked out the next evening around 6 PM, completing a almost full stay (as the rooms as not sellable due to your stay). Regarding cleanliness, all rooms use the same linen and no other guest has raised such concerns. Early monsoon dampness outside the rooms is natural and unavoidable in hill stations. Staff behavior was courteous, and your comments on foul smell were due to ongoing maintenance work, which was informed to you earlier, . We tried our best in tough conditions. worst n worst stay i guest house
my choice to stay in nikunj guest house..thats my worst experience ever...no facility.. .room was like a matchbox... u can't even move anywhere..no refund availability..0 support from staff..and the owner was rude.... suggest u all guys to not book this guest house..

Terrible stay- would not recommend
Staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting guest. The room was dirty and there were stains on the bed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Stay
The property used a iron ladder instead of usual staircase. Me and my mother couldn't even climb and stay in the room. All booking money wasted. Had to personally book another nearby property on that very moment and stay. I simply wasted money by booking this particular property using mmt app where it was never mentioned that it uses ladder, that too very steep, instead of normal stairs. Only on physically visiting found the reality. On asking for refund from mmt. No refund given. My complete booking got wasted for no fault of mine. When it is not suitable for senior citizens like my mother, it should be clearly mentioned

Weird experience, the rooms were completely different as shown in the images, secondly no proper assistance given by the caretaker. And its not the roadside its inside a street.

Comfy Stay at budget
We had a short trip to Nanital esp to visit Kaichi Dham …we booked this homestay …it was comfy and with essential amenities . I really want to thank Suraj for his hospitality and supportive nature.

Below average rooms no blanket and towel for 3rd person very hard mattress no plates provided for food water bottles we have to buy water bottles from other shops overall pathetic will never book again for this hotel

Respected Sir,The blame you have put on us is absolutely wrong because the booking of all three was made by you but four of you came, due to which we accepted it, one of whom was who did not seem to be related to you. There was no acquaintance, in such a situation, how could we provide a room to a lady with two men in the same room, which was not possible at all. We also gave you a blanket and 3 town soaps. Our caretaker also gave you water. Food was ordered from the market and plates were also given to you, but you are making all these false allegations against us which are completely wrong.

Awesome stay in budget
It was a great stay. There is no problem with the owner bharat. Best in budget stay. Please do not consider the negative reviews. Everything is alright. Tea is super. Geyser is good and washroom was clean. They provided extra blanket also.
